I placed my order on March 3, 2025. The money was removed from my bank account the same day. I received an email stating I would receive another email with my order detail.. As of March 7 I have yet to receive that email. After notifying them of my concerns I received an automated message back giving me a link so I could track my order. So obviously no human ever looked at my email, since I don’t have a tracking number or order details. Then they sent me an email stating good news due to their order volume they are behind. So at this point I have no idea when I can expect to receive my order information and if ever receive a tracking number. I guess since I didn’t add extra filters onto my original order they may process my order or not. I didn’t want to order additional filters until I had a chance to try this product out. Now I’m out my money and again no order confirmation or tracking number. I just spoke with my bank and was informed that if any other charges show up to dispute the charge and they will withhold payment until fully investigated. I offer this information since some on here have stated that additional charges for filters that were not ordered showed, again you need to dispute the charges with your bank.

its a scam. I'm not sure if they are a legitimate company but I received my showerhead unwrapped and missing the cap. When I reached out to them to send it back for a refund as it looked used they told me I needed to pay for the shipping ???? Scammers for sure. Stay away!

Terrible company and definitely a scam, avoid at all cost, I tried to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after placing order and never got a response. They don't have a phone number that's definitely a sign of scammers, been trying to contact them for a week now and haven't heard a thing, only messages I been getting are about my order being processed and nothing about canceling my order, take my advice and avoid at all cost

No pressure at all, more than the one I had. Returns to Portugal are expensive, more than the showers. But you should go to their web page and see that they cheat with 5 stars in green from TrustPilot. That is a crime!

Bought 2 shower heads and were unable to use them. Bought them for 70.00 and to ship them back to Portugal was 275.00. Got tired of dealing with them and threw them away. Them assholes. Never buy from this company.

Somebody should do something about this company. They are continuing to rip people off. They will not respond to emails. There is no telephone number to contact them by from what I’m reading from the reviews. It wouldn’t do you any good if you could because they won’t give you a refund and if you send your product back, which I never even received, they still will not give you a refund and only tell you that you have to keep proving that you purchased the orde. If there our class action lawsuit attorneys that monitor these sites, please consider taking on these cases as a class action lawsuit because I do believe this company is illegitimate and they advertise falsely. I spent over $200 on the order of two heads, two hoses and a three month supply of the filters for both showerheads and I have nothing to show for it. I hope that people continue to read the reviews and find out the truth about this company and I wish some attorney would pick this up and sue them.

Shower head and filter are great and do what they are supposed to do. However, unprofessional on companies behalf. We ordered last Nov 2023 2 shower heads + 1 Bonus shower head & 12 filters. It was a delay in 3mon + when we contacted them, wrong address & they never send it out. We then send out new address and they only send us the shower heads and no filters. Last 4weeks we have been going back and forth with them trying to tell/show/prove that we only got the shower heads and no extra filters and they ignore us and demand photos ONCE AGAIN.

I ordered 1 shower head. I also bought 1 hose kit. However, when I got my confirmation I was charged for 3 hose kits and a years worth of filters. This was NOT a mistake on my part! I didn’t need 3 hose kits, and I couldn’t afford 12 filters. So, I immediately emailed the company and asked for them to fix my order. They replied that it was already too late, and the problem could not be fixed. Why is that? I was charged nearly 250.00 just to have a new shower head!! Terrible customer service.
