I wish I read all the reviews before buying the showers heads. Then as many stated the hidden auto ship with 3 filters paying $90.00 it is ridiculous. The fact that you don't provide the hose and holder, for your hand held shower head, at no extra cost is repulsive and inexcusable... I have yet to be able to even try it out due to the fact that the hose i already have decided to split and leak the day I received your product and installed it the first time... We have been going back and forth , of course getting nowhere until now. DISCUSTING . I am so mad that every time you ordered something online they come up with so many scams.

I haven't received my shower heads yet

I canceled my monthly filter subscription but you keep taking money out of my bank account. I never used the product and im not going to use it! I would like to return everything and get a refund. Please tell how to do this. Ron Rozankowski 8324 Fishhawk av. New Port Richey Fl. 34653. 727-514-9460. I’ll

Cheaply made, overly expensive, if you want to return, you have to ship it back to China at your cost. Seems more like a scam. You can buy the same showerhead. It also includes showerhead holder and connecting hose. At Amazon or Walmart for about $20 that includes all the above and not just the showerhead.

SCAM! Hidden subscription, never received filters, poor quality.... :(

I didn’t request monthly filter, but they send them to me anyway and charge my PayPal account $39.99 each. You can buy 10 on Temu for $7.86 for comparison. The showerhead itself is okay, but the filter is a small paper cylinder that can’t possibly filter the chlorine as it claims, and it certainly shouldn’t cost $39.99. And now I can’t get them or PayPal to stop the scam. I guess I have to take them to court. Any lawyers out there want to start a class action lawsuit?

scam artist forged two puchases and charged me 80.00 for 4 filters i did not order, then charged me 50.00 for 1 filter they said I signed up for monthly subscription. When I contacted them, they said it was too late to reverse it. Well credit card people been notified for credit card fraud. Stay away from these scammers

I purchased the Ion Drops approximately three weeks ago after seeing a reel on Facebook. I was impressed with its innovative design and the extensive positive feedback it had received. No longer than two minutes after completing this purchase, I saw a second Ion Drops reel for an upgraded version which addressed several features including greater water pressure and a much longer filter life. I was a little confused and left a comment on that reel asking for help switching my order to the newer version. My comment was deleted after a few minutes and I never received assistance from customer service to help me upgrade. I will be returning my original model one week from today and purchasing the newer version. I am confident that the Ion Drops 2 will be a significant upgrade to my current shower head. I will gladly update my one star review when I can experience first hand all of the upgraded features of the Ion Drops 2. But I am deeply concerned about customer confusion caused by marketing both versions side by side.
