Sucker was I. All of the ads I saw kept mentioning chlorine, implying the ion shower head could remove it. It seems not. None of the paper type filters appear toe remove chlorine. Once it arrived, the box disnt say anything anbout xhorline removal, nor in hingsight does anything at their website. Also, the charged me for extra shipping that i said I didn't want. Ordering process seemed to imply that it came with a couple of filters, it doesn’t. They never sent me a tracking email and never responded to my question about that. It seems to work well, but already ordered a different shower head with a resin filter that can remove chlorine. I really should have checked out reviews before buying. Thank god i resisted strong arm sales tactic to buy a lot of filters. The shower head is headed for the garbage, for baed on other posts here, no point in trying to return it.

Please beware of this website and their selling tactics. I had not placed a secure order with this company, I was attempting to back out of the shower head selection and the website became unstable and I did not complete any transaction. Yet,, I discovered this company had charged me with the maximum number of filters for $171.00…and this cheap looking shower head for $39.99…i never saw a confirmation code or any validation.. I had been locked into the most COSTLY SELECTION THEY OFFERED. I could not reach them for several days. I left messages immediately following the ordeal and they had plenty of time to straighten this out. They are not a reputable company nor is the tracking numbers they provide legitimate!! This company has been reported to the BBB and the FTC. And to my bank for fraudulent transactions and Unauthorized charges to my acct. Very bad company to do business!!!!! This site states upon checking the Tracking , WE ARE BUSY FULFILLING ORDERS ON TIC TOC AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY!!!! Not acceptable 😱😱

I did not finish the purchase but, somehow was charged and sent the shower head. I contacted the company immediately and informed them I needed to return it but, was informed you can NOT!!! They do NOT ACCEPT RETURNS PERIOD!!! I would not recommend purchasing anything from a company that does not allow returns. If you will check out their reviews you will see they have a lot of NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! Run as fast as possible to get away from this company. DO NOT START FILLING OUT PURCHASE AND CHANGE YOUR MIND BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE ANY ACCOUNT OF YOURS NO MATTER WHAT!!! RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!

This is the worst product I have ever purchased online! They sound be shut down FOREVER! This product leaks and is pure plastic. It does NOT function as advertised at all. And, when you try to return this inferior product, you get the run around! When I finally pushed for an address to return the product, I was given a Portugal address! I am out almost $100 and I am angry! Kenneth

The Drivse shower head finally arrived after about a month wait. Easily installed to my existing hose, no leaks. I wasn't able to tilt the head so it pointed straight out. So it couldn't point down unless I hand held it. Water pressure very strong. Too strong..Stinging strong, except for mist setting. Liked that it had a button to turn off if you wanted to. I wondered how the filter worked since it didn't seem very substantial. I watched a video that was posted that tested the water with and without the filter. The filter did not filter out chemicals. or make hard water better. This was a complete waste of money! I should have done more research and read reviews before purchasing and believing the hype!

This is a terrible company with terrible customer reviews. I ordered 3 showerheads. They just don't work in our areas. l tried to return for a refund, but was told only up to 15% could be refunded. One of the showerheads was leaking, a video was provided after several email exchanges. I am advised a replacement is on the way but not yet received. What a poor company with very poor ethics.

Horrible. You have to buy EVERYTHING to use this SEPARATELY. Now I have to pay MORE MONEY to return. On top of the 150 I ALREADY spent. Then I have to WAIT for MY money. I waited over a month for my order in the first place! You have to buy the head. The hose. The holder. The filters. Oh and you have to change the filter every month. I was even willing to do that! But when it came with just the head???? I am livid!
