If there were a -10 this company deserves it. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS . They are cheaply made mostly of plastic which today cracked at the handle closest to the showerhead. I bought 2! I am such an idiot! Even when we first received it, the (plastic) ring cracked-it was also plastic so my husband got a metal replacement for that joint! I also purchased 12 filters which are now useless as well.

I have not received my order which has been paid for. ITT is impossible to get a response from them. I need a direct phone number to them so we can resolve this problem you keep asking for my email address. You have it The one you have is correct..

As far as I am concerned, this is not a product you should order if you have to return it. I costs way more to send it back to Portugal than the product costs. Don't order from them. Gail Hodges

I agree totally w ALL the bad reviews...wish there was an option for a '0' rating or less! I'd recently just rec'd the Ion Drops shower head...never got sucked in to the more $$ model or volume supply of filters (cheap crap!). As one buyer mentioned, rec'd w no cap & only 1 filter, supposed to be 2. Used once & couldn't wait to put back my old shower head...much nicer shower experience. The shower w the Ions was horrible & uncomfortable...feels like thousands of pin pricks, extremely hurtful. Also, sprays water mist everywhere, even into the bathroom. Forget it, esp ladies, if you're trying to keep your hair dry... impossible! They've done nothing but add 'air' under pressure in the shower head. A very nasty, cheap, unsatisfying shower experience!! And, no way is that cheap, so-called filter going to do anything worthwhile...false claims!! I'm going back to a tried & true filter system attachment...yes, less attractive but works & 'A' is very consumer friendly! I'm a 4+ decades pro interior designer so know a thing or two about this stuff, as well as, how the process of returns should operate. These people are shysters for sure, extremely deceitful!! As many of you have experienced w the lack of return 'ethics' & frustrations...me, too!!! I wrote & expressed disillusionment endlessly...only got ridiculous canned replies (I even had to email to get access to just leave this review, unavailable on order website), only possible refund is to ship to Portugal (& what's w that I asked!) & then will only provide a shop credit, NO refund... (Really!! Who wants to dbl/triple this headache?!!). Shipping to Portugal $30. & only paid $40. for the crap product...so, who's going to return ship??!! Wish I could've see these reviews prior ordering, I've learned to always check prior ordering from new, diff source. The poor reviews were unaccessible, buried deep somewhere! Such companies are soon gone given their unnacceptable stance towards customer service & inferior quality product. Unsure if a scam but definitely seems to fit that mold! Final words, if you're able to read reviews prior to making a purchase...DON'T BUY, RUN!!! Stick w the big 'A...' &/or other tried & true vendor sources!!

This showerhead is junk. The filters do not filter as advertised. The filters are cheap single membrane cartridges so there is no way that this thin filter medium can filter out the impurities as is claimed. Also, the filters do not seal tightly on either end - both the inlet or the outlet have a loose fit - which means that a significant amount of the flow goes straight through WITHOUT ANY FILTRATION. After receiving the shower head, we contacted Drivse customer service and were informed that no refund/return option was available to us.

This is a miracle product. I have been having extremely dry scalp. And we tried 5 different shampoos and two different medical shampoos and my hair still looked like it was snowing hours after showering. I decided to give this product a try and after the first time. My dry scalp was gone. I couldn't believe it and I couldn't be happier. This has made me a customer for life.

The company was so helpful when I made a mistake in ordering. They resolved my problem to my benefit. And the product is great!!

I didn’t even mean to order it and contacted them to cancel, but apparently it was too late to cancel the order. As soon as I got it, I emailed them that I wanted to return the shower head and to provide return instructions since it wasn’t in the return policy, which looks like a non-English speaker wrote. There were several back and forth emails with them offering discounts on stuff rather than providing the return instructions which upset me and set off alarms that this could be a scam. On the 4th email they finally responded that I have to return it to PORTUGAL!!! Yep, Europe! Makes sense why they kept avoiding providing the return instructions and haggled me instead. It would cost about the same to return it as it did to buy it. AI estimates it to be $18-$45 depending on the company and service. I suppose technically it’s not a scam because you do get something in exchange for money, but the money back guarantee is a scam because you’re on the hook for the shipping costs to Portugal. This would also be true if the item was defective or broken. A good demonstration of a poor business model and practices. I would not recommend buying anything from a company that sells cheap stuff that you’re stuck with whether you’re satisfied or not.
