Totally rip off. They finally reshipped the product.(After repeated emails have gotten no reply, I posted a terrible review and they finally responded.) What arrived , in terrible packaging, replacement bead packages burst open etc., was an incredibly cheap piece of plastic. Less than zero increase in water pressure.The whole thing ( replacement beads, hose, etc.) isn’t worth $10 let alone what I paid. Save your money this one is a scam.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF PLASTIC JUNK! This junk killed my water pressure and it took my over twice as long to rinse the soap off. After seeing multiple very deceiving videos, I ordered 3 units and the extra 12 filters so I can put these in all my bathrooms. After one shower I am so mad that I immediately sent email so I can return them. If they don’t accept, I’ll do a chargeback since I used PayPal. My biggest regret is not looking for reviews first! 😡

Scam! They lie and never send your product and NEVER refund you. DO NOT BUY I purchased one about 2 months ago. First of all, the price they charge is different to the invoice. Then after 2 months of contacting them about the items where abouts, they say my postcode is not valid and due to their refund policy, I’m not entitled to a refund. Just another Chinese scumbag scammer.

Do not buy from here! Does not answer emails and goods are crappy items that are not as described Update: I did finally receive a refund after 3 months! Purchased on 2/06 and finally refunded on 2/09
