Byer beware... The company, Drivse, does not communcate about delivery and when the delivery was attempted, the office at the RV Park where I was staying was closed. I was watching the tracking closely and contacted the delivery company as soon as they posted that they were unable to make delivery. They said that they would try delivering again but never did. When I attemped to communicate with them the just told me that I needed to be patient. Drivse, was silent during all of this. Now, I have requested a refund due to non-delivery and get no response from Drivse. I also get no response from the delivery company.

Shower was defective out of the box total garbage.feels cheap save your money

If I could only put 0 stars! This company is a sham that sells a cheap showerhead, and makes a ton of money of the filters you MUST purchase in order for the showerhead to work. I told the company to cancel my order once I saw the price of the filters. They sent the showerhead anyway!!! Check out their refund policy. I'm not getting my money back. Companies like this ruin my trust in all on-line shops. Shame on you!

I have been waiting for 58 days for delivery not very happy

I as to cancel my order less than 5 hours after I made it realizing I couldn't use their product since I recently had a stroke. They won't answer me about a refund and now 3 separate charges have shown up on my credit card since yesterday! I think this is a scam! or a very unethical company! I have now got a response saying they will refund my money in 1 to 5 days and cancel my order. I will update this if and when they follow through. Just in case I have entered a dispute with my credit card company.

I cancelled my order immediately and requested refund. They sent an email confirming the refund would be processed between 1 to 5 days. 8 days later, no refund and they keep stalling. Are they going broke? Otherwise, why won’t they pay when they said they would?

Bought product with zero expectations. Ordered a three pack of shower heads and 6 pack of filters. I ordered the three pack of heads as I was hoping two of the three would work. I was right. One of the heads leaked from the on off switch from the get go. The other two fit fine in my hoses, didn’t leak. The “pressure” is not so much more than what I had but due to the design the spray comes out of smaller holes and has the feel of stinging and feels like more pressure but pressure comes from the main pipe of the home so how the water comes out of the shower head is what feels different. Anyway, i doubt the filters will do much. That said, I had no issues with my order , received what I ordered in 8 days and as I said zero expectations. I’ll continue to use them to see if they have any effect on my skin, I doubt it. It’s too bad they don’t put a little bit more quality in to the product, probably be a home run if they did. For me, money aside, was worth a shot. My expectations were low so I can’t say I’m disappointed. The obvious money maker here for them is the hopes of the Filter repurchase or subscription. I doubt they will last because the product is pretty cheaply made and I doubt the shower head will outlast the filters. So that’s my take. For what it’s worth.

I am so glad l read the horrible reviews before l purchased. I hate scam businesses like this. My advice is to purchase a detachable shower head from home depot.
