Even though my first two showerheads exploded, I anxiously await their replacement! Until it broke, it was extremely marvelous allowing me to also get good water to drink too. My friends have been very pleased to even know this kind of thing exists! I have been forwarding my emails to my friends so they can take advantage of the best (in my opinion) the best showerhead out there

When I called the company at +1(202) 936-7393, I was met on the phone with a customer service rep by the name of Desirae. She was sweet, low toned, very courteous, and was very willing to help me with my order. Although I had called with ZERO expectations to make even one purchase, I was able to order 3 items (ION FLOW, SHOWER HOSE & HOLDER, as well as ION FAUCET. Ms. Desirae also provided me the benefit of all available offers. I was very satisfied with Ms. Desirae.

Yes I believe this is a great product and is the second product I have purchased from them. Now I would like to get a discount on those filters every month. And I will probably buy the device for our sinks too.

Drivse Support immediately responded to me, understood my concern, and quickly resolved my issue within minutes! This is the quickest response from any company ever! And they were polite & professional. I really enjoy their products. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have the Ion Drops Shower Head with hoses and filters. I also have the filters for my bathroom sinks. Seeing the brown filters brings me comfort that it’s no longer going onto my face. I even bought these as Christmas gifts!
