The product is pretty good. I think I'm noticing the improvements in the feel and behaviour of my hair, and for a curly head, especially, anything that helps the curls feel good after a shower, even if it wasn't washed, is very good. It actually naturally feels more refreshing all around. The filters I agree are a bit too expensive for me to commit too unfortunatly. I think if there's anyone leaving reviews about being shocked by the 'surprise' charges they're getting due to the automatically renewing monthly subscription that kicks in after the first purchase - Do due diligence and read what you're purchasing for goodness sake! This company isn't trying to scam you, they clearly state that when you purchase, duh... Anyway, yes, it is made of plastic, which did surprise me; I was expecting something a bit more robust. BUT, it's holding up to what it claims so far, so can't complain yet... The customer service is A+++, fast, sincere and very efficient. Rare find these days! Thanks DRIVSE, God Bless!

This shower has changed my shower experience into a pure joy. I really look forwardtomy showers becauseof it. I feel so much more rejuvenated and just cleaner as the water hitting my skin is definitely healthier, the spent filter proves that. I can't believe the powerful and light tingling water spray settings. I wish I had this shower all.my life. Anyone can instal it and replacing the filters is also childs play. I recommend this shower head to everyone 👏 👏 👏 🚿 ❤️ 😍

When I first came across the ads for the IonDrops shower I was very suspicious as they were coming up randomly in an app I was using. I contacted Support and was answered promptly in a very professional and friendly manner. As soon as I received my shower I noticed a dramatic reduction in my itchiness and the water pressure was vastly improved. I was so impressed with this that I bought one for a friend who also has skin issues. He's noticed the improvement as well. However, his unit developed a crack. I took a photo and sent it to Support and within a day had been informed that a replacement was on the way. Fantastic product backed up by excellent service.

I was very disappointed with the shower head. We have a well and I was hoping (from the ad) that it would improve the shower pressure and provide an extra “layer” of filtering. My partner and I agreed that the original shower head we were using before it was far better. When I wanted to make use of the money back guarantee, I was informed that because I had used it, return was not possible. (I am not sure how anyone is supposed to try it out for 90 days without installing and using it!) My money was not returned, then after a couple of weeks, I received another charge for a new filter, which I never subscribed to. I have had no assistance from customer service and would not recommend this company.
