This is my second purchase. The first one broke. Apparently I was past the warranty and other things. If your product is as good as you say, I feel you should really stand behind your product. When my shower head broke, I was changing the spray flow and heard the pop. I was not happy about this.

The shower heads are great. But somehow I was charged for a subscription that I never signed up for. I paid for the items that I ordered in good faith because I never heard of your company, so I took a leap of faith. Then I get a charge on my card for $56. That's not what I signed up for and am requesting a full refund.

total scam !!!! Buyer beware !!! there is no shower pressure and they will attempt to keep billing you. Let's not talk about a required new filter every month..

Absolutely Iove my Drivse! I have noticed a big change in hair, skin. I recently had a part break and they were quick to respond and offer a replacement free of charge. Drivse customer service went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. Thank you! Super happy I purchased from them.

Sending out filters at $55.00 as an automatuc delivery when I would never sign up for automatic delivery. Never again. Tried to get a return address, but no reply to my request. I have been told they have cancelled any future orders.
