Leaks like crazy. Cheesy, made of shiny plastic. likely will break if dropped in tiled shower.

We loved the shower head, but after a few months, it split and sprayed on the ceiling and walls. So, we do not need any more filters.

I ordered 3 gave 2 away and kept one. Our shower head broke within 5 months. I tried getting ahold of someone to replace it and you wanted to charge me $90.00 for it. It’s been an awful experience and I’ve asked to cancel my subscription for the filters.

Ordering was easy check out was easy when I finally received them, I was actually really sick but now that I'm over and I've got it hooked up I just used it for the first time. I really like it. The water quality is so much nicer. I definitely recommend it. I just got to put the other one into my daughter's bathroom.

My water is not that bad...Your "filter" is designed to "clog" after only three weeks! I'd love to return it and get my money back!!

Customer service was very gracious to me. I did not know you had to order the hose separately. I purchased 2 heads they allow me to buy 1 get 1 free. I love them!
