I believe Drivse offers wonderful products. I realized that I couldn't consistently afford to purchase these products. A customer service rep named Jeanne helped me cancel my order and was very respectful.

I like the shower head, but find it hard to purchasing other parts, filters and hoses, without buying another shower head.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This looks like a great deal, but there is a huge scam involved!!! These filters are automatically sold as a subscription and cost $30 each!!! You must actively in-click a tiny little box that says you do not want to create a filter subscription!!! I didn’t even click pay for this product to begin with! Somehow the payment went through and even through PayPal they managed to hold my info for a subscription!! The product itself is mediocre. Nothing special. What I thought I was getting for under $100 ended up costing me over $300…all without my actual approval! Customer service was obviously no help, claiming once the order went through it was all sales final! Be very careful when buying!!!

I enjoy the increase in water pressure, as well as not having the hard water spots build up in the shower. I first bought Drivse shower heads in Jan. and have been pleasantly surprised with the results

My experience started off really rough as I felt that there was false advertisement with the showerhead I purchased, not knowing that I had to purchase the hose and the holder separately, as well as the monthly commitment to filters. However, the customer service was great! Really worked with me to clarify everything and processed my request.

Nozzles began spraying in different directions. Very unpleasant. No customer service phone number. Email results in no contact. Only received request for order number and receipt which doesn't exist after several months and no order number since it was purchased fom Walmart not online. Early impression good but not 200% better ss advertised. Long term impression, don't bother wasting your money.

The shower heads provide great water pressure! Also I experienced great customer service after one of the shower heads started leaking. I contacted them and they promptly sent me another one. The only negative I can say about them is that I feel the filters are way overpriced for what they are!
