Like the way shower sprays on the 3 setting. Being hand held it works great but when put up on shower head the spray go to front of shower mainly because it a straight piece and not curved like my old shower head. I still like the usefulness of it. I just purchased a 2nd one for my other bathroom shower and tub.

🚿✨ Glad to hear you’re enjoying the spray settings and the handheld use 🙌. Thanks for sharing your experience—it’s great that you added another one for your other bathroom 💙💧

Really hoping for better quality!
My experience today was great but my first Drivse shower head developed an inside crack in the handle part and water kept squirting out on my dry hair. I’m hoping this MORE EXPENSIVE shower head/handle will last longer than a month or I just can’t afford this company’s quality. This single (one income) teacher can’t afford to support companies with cheap materials. Trusting… Elisabeth Brown

I purchased shower head but didn't fit my shower. I am still waiting for refund whi h if it comes, it is only 40%of purchase price. Then they take another $30 for filter subscription i didn't sign up for. Customer service sucks!
