The way this company is doing things should be illegal. They sell you on stuff and then when you have bought the first thing it makes you buy other thing that are mandatory for this product. This is basically a scam.

If I had not tried this showerhead, I would not have believed that it could make so much difference in my skin! I'm 72, and have skin that has become wrinkled like crepe on my body and dry, so so very dry. This showerhead absolutely does make my body skin noticeably moist without adding lotions. Also my hair is white,dry fine thin, flyaway angel hair has the best description of it. After using my hair is less like a cotton puff and has more strain thickness like moisture was not stripped away. Definitely I recommend the showerhead as the difference is unbelievable! On a fixed income, I wish they had a huge discount for seniors as it would help me a lot. ThisIis my experience using this product for only 6 weeks so far.

Showerhead is good. The company should not be dealt with. They are not honest people they try to rip you off and they do rip you off. I had to showerhead one of them broke so I ordered a new one and somehow they say I ordered filters which I didn’t and they sent me one filter and charged me $42 the whole showerhead, including a filter cost less than that and I try and help get them to deal with it they were impossible. Company is offered a refund the money finally if and when I receive it, I will update this review.

So far customer service has been good. They got back to me same day. I ordered shower wand, then realized nothing fits so I had to order hose which came without the cradle so now its just a hand held. The shower wand is plastic and seems not too sturdy. But living in Florida i bought it to see if the filters will make a difference with the really bad water. Jury is still out

We intentionally use a high-grade, reinforced plastic for our shower heads for a few very specific reasons: • Safety & Weight: Metal shower heads can be quite heavy; high-grade plastic is much lighter, making it safer and easier to handle if dropped, and it won't damage your tub or tiles. • Heat Resistance: Unlike metal, this material doesn’t conduct heat as intensely, which prevents the handle from becoming uncomfortably hot during a long shower. • Corrosion Resistance: Especially with the "bad water" challenges you mentioned in Florida, high-grade plastic is resistant to the mineral buildup and internal corrosion that often plagues metal fixtures over time. Speaking of Florida water, I completely understand why the "jury is still out." It takes a few washes to really feel the difference, but I’ve attached an image that breaks down exactly what those filters are working on behind the scenes. By removing chlorine and heavy metals, you should start to notice: 1. Hydrated Skin: Fewer of those natural oils being stripped away. 2. Stronger Hair: Reduction in the chemicals that lead to brittleness and "dullness." 3. Color Protection: If you color your hair, the filter helps prevent that premature fading caused by chlorine. I noticed a big difference in my hair the first time I used the new shower head. It appeared to add volume. However, I am nearly 80 years old and the pressure is extreme. It would be nice to ramp down the pressure. I also paid $110.00 for filters and was very upset when I got 3. The shower filter is great, the price is outrageous.
