These are so great I replaced my first one because it broke after the warranty. The issue for me is that you don't offer the other finishes with the discount. I was hoping to order black when I replaced them but it is only offered in the original one.

I purchased 3 shower heads as a gift to a relative buying a home. I did not know a subscription for filters was part of the deal till I got billed for same. I explained my situation via email that I didn’t want or need any additional filters and agreed to pay for the shipped units(which I will also gift), and cancelled any future shipments. Drivse confirmed my cancellation in a return email and all went smoothly.

I really enjoyed the shower spray. We had some trouble placing the handle on the shower nozzle. So we bought an extended pipe which enabled us to place the nozzle in a downwards position instead of horizontal position Once we got the spray going doward it was fantastic 😍. My hair came out better than I had expected.Soooo soft and my skin was and very moist.

Subscription scam on filters and it is not fully explained. Then negotiating refund was also scam. They never intended to give full refund. For the cost they still got more than the cost to make filter. 18 emails. It was beyond frustrating. Worst part I bought 2 shower heads. The quality of showerhead is poor as well.Both of the showerheads has water shooting out side of them. No one has money to waste in this economy. $158 originally spent with this company.

I wanted to try the product, that’s it! I don’t sign up to receive (2) $60 filters each month. Drives makes it as difficult as possible to cancel the subscription. Nobody monitors the phone number provided. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.
