The product seems to be great but the refill filters are just to much money!

We changed the filter on IonDrop last month and the water pressure went down again the beginning of this month we had to change the filter. It was my understanding the filter should last at least 30 days.

Problems getting it here. Shower is amazing but it didn’t come ready. I had to buy a hose as it doesn’t attach to the shower head. Now I have to find a clip so it is not hand held

Hi Paula, Thank you for reaching out to Drivse! I am Joyce and I am here to assist you. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this situation may have caused. We’re glad to hear that you are enjoying the shower head itself, though we completely understand your frustration regarding the additional hose and clip needed for installation. After checking our system, we were unfortunately unable to locate an order associated with the name “Paula Kiernan.” To help us assist you further and review your order details properly, could you kindly provide the email address used to place the order or your order number? Once we receive that information, we’ll be happy to look into this for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your response. After about two weeks I noticed my hair drying softer with less frizz. Same shampoo, same routine, different result.
Response from DrivseMay 15, 2026
That’s wonderful to hear 💙✨ Softer hair with less frizz makes such a big difference—glad the shower helped bring that change 🌸🙌
