Terrible. Sent me two shower heads. Very cheap looking. Just discovered a few days ago that they've been charging my credit card $49.95 every month since January for what they say is a subscription for two filters every month. That was never agreed to by me unless it was in fine print in the purchase agreement. I only discovered because I just received 2 filters that I want expecting and thought I would check it out. My bad for not seeing this. But when I checked my card statement and discovered they were charging me almost$50 each month for two flimsy cheap filter like tube, I tried to contact them to cancel and they won't call me back. So, I canceled the card that was being charged.

Drivse has all billing information & now is asking me to provide order numbers & other information that they have because they did issue a credit for $39 to me & still owe me over $80 & I think they are stalling...Be very careful about doing business with this company....It is alarming to read about all the quality issues detailed on Trust Pilot......
