I thought I was making a 1-time purchase but it was a subscription. Tried to contact them to cancel my order but an error message came up saying "Something went wrong while sending your request". No other way to contact them - no customer service

Very strong scents that smell like heavy powdered perfume or cologne. The device itself is not well designed, mine leaked all over the place. I had to air my room out for days and I still have a lingering smell I can't stand.

I got scammed Never received the product and made sure to press no subscription and cancel and was still charged for the next month. I am still being charged for two sets of items and have never recieved either. Customer support has been silent. Absolute scam! Dont Buy

It's a NONSTOP battle of them starting subscriptions and charging my credit card without me agreeing to it. I actually like the product, but their deceptive practice of sending product without authorizing is unacceptable. Good luck trying to get your money back. It just happened for a THIRD time and this time I'm filing a fraudulent charge through my bank. Someone with ethics should purchase the company and actually turn it into a legit one.

COMPLETE SCAM Makes a cheap offer but somewhere in the fine print you get signed up to a subscription. Next thing you get stung for $35. USD for replacements you never wanted. Also the smell is an overpowering stench, like urinal blocks in a public toilet. Over powering and weeks later the car still stinks

I’ve had to replace my sun visors because of these. I had these for a few months & had no issues. I had 2 in my car (one on each visor) as I love my car smelling nice. I even purchased these for my mum. I was talking to someone about them & pulled the bracket off that they provide to show them what they are and as soon as I pulled it off I saw that all the leather had been damaged, it was lifting & bubbling. Checked my mums one & same with hers. I have cancelled my account, unsubscribed a few times until it actually unsubscribed me and I will NEVER recommend again
