Scents are good but they subscribe you without you knowing. Every month I got a new order and they make it hard to unsubscribe! Pretty hidden. I’m sick of companies doing this to me!

I liked the scents and packaging but they just didn't last very long before the scents faded. I canceled my subscription a month ago but they keep trying to charge my account. Emailed for assistance. Blocked through my bank.

Very expensive. Not worth the hype.

I ordered the first kit off Amazon, which thank goodness sounds like the way to go after reading the myriad of reviews all expressing the same frustrations about their subscription model and difficulty cancelling or not knowing they signed up in the first place. The scent I purchased (Teak) was so insanely mild, I could barely smell it when I put my nose right up to it. I left a comment on a FB ad and to their credit, they almost immediately contacted me and offered to replace the scent, which arrived fairly quickly. However, it’s still so mild that it’s barely noticeable. This time I got “Open Air” and within the first two days, I can barely smell a difference or anything that would make me or any passengers notice that the car smells particularly good. While, I can’t comment on the subscription problems so many others seem to have, after trying two of the wood blocks, I still ultimately feel like I paid $13+ for a wood block that looks nice. Is it me? Other than the subscription issues others are reporting, do I just have a lack of smell or something? Forgetting the subscription issues, are people actually saying the scents are noticeably good or giving off fragrance at all? I feel like I notice those cheap little trees more than I notice these, even though the little trees only last a few days. My experience with customer service was actually great. Hence, the 3 stars but the product itself leaves much to be desired. They clearly need to fix this subscription issue people are having, but they also need to increase the potency of the product and not advertise that it lasts 30 days. It was barely noticeable out of the package twice with two different scents for me. It’s a shame because the concept and look are great, but the execution needs to seriously be tweaked.

Product smells nice, especially like the plug-in. HOWEVER, I discovered that, while I only placed an order once, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription that I did not consent to. The cancellation process of that subscription is convoluted and confusing. I feel that this company is guilty of deceptive business practices, essentially doubling your order without your knowledge or consent.

Product appears to work for a few weeks before dissipation. The most important thing when purchasing is that that sign you up automatically for subscription, I ticked one off payment. I noticed only when checking bank statements. It took more time than it should have to navigate cancellation of a product i only want to try. The customer service hasn't been the best either.

It smelled great for a couple weeks and then not much.

Bought 2 of these and after 8 days they’re both done. For the price I’d expect at least the full 30 days so to say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I won’t be using again.
