Well it happened to me. Five weeks ago I purchased a one time order of home diffuser refills. I received them but the scent only lasted a week instead of 4. I wrote a poor review and forgot about DRIFT. Then a week ago I was reviewing my recent credit card purchases and low and behold I was charged for ANOTHER set of diffuser refills. I tried to access my recent purchases through the website to no avail. They obviously placed me on a subscription that in no way I authorized. Tomorrow I will call my credit card company and file an unauthorized purchase and put a block on Drift. Im also going to pursue other actions since per Trustpilot reviews this company is a scam.

Stay well clear of this company they sell and absolutely rubbish product then rope you illegally into a subscription!!! Honestly just buy a magic tree air freshener lasts two weeks and only costs £1 this is a complete rip off a stupid piece of wood scent lasts few days if your lucky be warned stay as far away from this as you can get !!! It really is that bad!!!

Illegal business practices. Bought a one off product that was frankly rubbish. Only to find they illegally stored my Apple Pay details and illegally set up a subscription to recur without my consent. Their site doesn’t let you cancel as when you get to the all important confirm cancellation button it times out repeatedly no matter how you do it. Their support team ignore you whether it be via social media or email or direct messaging. Reported to bank and police as fraud.

Their car freshener smelled like crap so I had to throw it out. Only to find out I was roped into a subscription and they had billed me for and sent another shipment of the nasty smelling Teak block. Super dishonest business as I had no idea I was signing up for this subscription.

I purchased 2 car scents and a holder on line paying for the order when placed. I then became aware that the was a subscription rather than a one off purchase. I cancelled the subscription and emailed Drift Support requesting a refund for the goods I have not received, have cancelled the order for and have paid for. I received a response that I had already cancelled the subscription but no confirmation that I will receive a refund. I have emailed Drift Support again requesting that they refund my money but I have yet to have and confirmation of a refund or any response to my second email. Please be aware this is a subscription service and requesting a refund for goods not received is not followed up by Drift Support.

As others mentioned repeatedly, this company is shonky with billing you even if you buy a once off product. They billed me again and when I log in to my account there’s no subscription. I’ve had to cancel my bank card in order to stop them dipping into my account. They should be prosecuted.

Hope and pray you may never need customer service or a broken device under warranty. Two months later. Could you provide details,( already did) Can you send photos? (Also did) We are busy……….and I’m not!!!! Still nothing…..two months later. If I could give this company -1 to-5 have a guess where it would be. Buy one of these and just hope everything works!!!
