Complete scam
I had received one of these as a gift and really liked it, so when it lost its scent almost a year later, I ordered another. A month later, I received 2 more that I didn’t order, in a scent that was almost offensive. I emailed to say that they were sent in error, and offered to return them. Several weeks later, I just received an email that I “subscribed” to a monthly shipment, and all of their products are subscriptions. I went to the site to check how I missed this, and throughout the order screens there was not a single mention of “subscription” or “per month” or “$…/mo”. Everything looked like a one time order. They actually have a decent product, but apparently decided to adopt a business model meant to scam their own customers.
