Worst company, made unauthorized charge on my account. No phone number or no response on their support page. You have been warned.

As with all the other reviews please avoid. The product itself is actually quite good and so their tactics are therefore a huge disappointment that they obviously cannot sell on merit. This is effectively a scam site with something hidden somewhere to allow them to take regular funds even though you purchase a one off. How these companies are allowed to continue is beyond me and a sad reflection of our modern life.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's almost impossible to cancel a subscription.

Please read the reviews re this company.Surely it is illegal to take a monthly "subscription ' without the customers agreement.Like the other reviewers I only bought from them for a gift for someone. Luckily I look at my bank account on a regular basis so spotted the unexpected debit quite quickly. The website is a nightmare sending you round in circles . I will contact my bank today. AVOID at all costs.

The product is very average and not worth the money but the biggest issue is they set up a subscription without you knowing your doing so which is a complete and utter con. To cancel the subscription is an absolute nightmare and took me over an hour for it to complete as the website wouldn’t allow me to do so. Avoid at all costs

You dont realise you have been press ganged into a subscription until they take money from your bank account. Has anyone successfully cancelled through their website? Its so dodgy, none of the links work properly so cancelling is impossible. Contacting them is also impossible. I am going to have to speak to my bank and get the unwanted Debits stopped - without charge to me. The whole thing feels like a scam, a shake down. Their business practice is very underhand. Avoid this company like the plague!

I ordered a couple scents from their website the first week of October. Never got them. Emailed them 11 days after and they said I had to wait 10 days. It took another email to get them to do something, even though it took them over 10 days already. They said they would reship. I still have never gotten them. It’s the first week of November now. Then I get a message that they shipped my new order. Was it the old order? Nope. They tricked me into a subscription when I first bought the scents. I literally had no idea. I just created a fake account and still cannot figure out where I signed up for a subscription. They are refusing to do anything about it. I have now spent $40 with this company and never received products. This is a scam.

Don’t do it! Same story as everyone else. Didn’t agree to a subscription. Tried to cancel it 3 times via their “manage subscription” service and still getting charged each month. No option to remove payment method from the account without first adding a new one. No human customer service to get hold of. Criminal! Also, product is subpar. Going through bank now to try and stop it.
