I took a chance on these guys wanting something sleek to suit my car's interior. i chose the holiday monthly and teak scents. First the order was delayed in being shipped out and arrived almost 3 weeks after I had places the order. These things happen so I didn't really have an issue with it. But then I got my order and quickly opened them to install... and was I DISAPPOINTED. The holiday one smells the same as the tree fresheners at the gas station and the teak one smells of fake wood. The holiday one actually gave me a headache and I had to remove it from my car. I really wanted to love these but they are awful and 10x the price of something you could buy elsewhere. Sadly this is a growing trend I find among brands being marketed on social media - they sink all their money into branding and copy editing, and totally gouge you for a subpar product that looks nice. Save your money.

I placed an order on November 15th and I have still not recieved my order. Customer service is not responding or helping me at all! STAY AWAY!!!

They only got a 1 Star Rating as the product is not terrible, everything after that is dreadful. I thought I was completing a one off purchase and didn’t realise it was a subscription service (naive on my behalf), they are very quick to take your payment but it’s impossible to cancel. Avoid this company if your looking for a one off purchase, a pity really as if they made as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to start one I may have purchased additional items.

Delivery took quite a while but response online was swift. Advertising suggests refined essential oils and sophisticated fragrances. I ordered the orangey Grove wooden version. Sickly and not pleasant like cheap potpourri. Had to remove from car before it stuck. Disappointing.
