Scents are good but they subscribe you without you knowing. Every month I got a new order and they make it hard to unsubscribe! Pretty hidden. I’m sick of companies doing this to me!

The worse ever. I made a onetime purchase somehow I am now subscribed. I am attempting to unsubscribe and it is the worse process ever. My email address which they are sending confirmation details to cannot be located when I attempt to login. There are instructions on how to unsubscribe, but the directions outline areas that are not viewable on their page. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

This company have signed me up to subscription without my consent and taken money straight from my bank , buyers beware ! They are refusing to refund my money. Very upsetting

So I ordered on October 12th. I wait till October 17th and still no progress on the order. I couldn't find a contact email, so i replied to my order email and after 2 business days I got my first reply. They stated there's an issue with the warehouse. Then the next day the issue is with my order and then said they dont have my address. My address is correct on order email so they will lie. My order is supposed to be delivered October 30th. So if you want to wait 18 days for vehicle fresheners and be lied to order away. I highly wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

Garbage. Will fill your order even though your selection was set to “0” so watch out. I emailed them asking to cancel immediately after getting the order notification, order was fulfilled anyway and I never got a response. Used one plug in and one scent, scent fades extremely fast and I noticed today it was eating the paint off my wainscotting above where I plugged it in. Massive discolouration after i got the paint off, looks horrid. Just sent a complaint with a photo, doubt i’ll get a response. Don’t waste your money.

The idea behind drif is great but the fragrence is way too strong even on the lowest setting. I wanted to return and trade the scents I got but they don't offer returns or exchanges. The bottom line, they lost a customer.

So disappointed, I ordered many of the Teak and I love the scent but it literally only lasted less than a week. So, I bought the spray and in the spray the Teak did not smell the same plus it was just barely spritzing out of the bottle, all way to expensive for these results.

I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription until my bank account was charged. Contacted customer service several times and they would not refund my money. The product itself isn’t even very good. 2 thumbs down.
