I did a one-off purchase taking note not to click the subscription button and sign up for a repeat subscription. Items were delivered. Scent is nice, but weak and lost its scent after 1-2 weeks. However 1 week later received an email thanking for my repeat subscription - WTF ? They have not sent a repeat product out in the post either. Noticed they had taken a 2nd payment without authorisation - WTF. Contacted PAYPAL who were great and refunded the payment and cancelled the subscription without issue. How are companies allowed to do this? Total scam site. Do not use DRIFT / GentScents LLC!!!

Products actually aren’t that bad but as others have said you’ll get signed up for a subscription unknowingly. I cancelled mine to save money a few months ago and, to my surprise, just received an order confirmation today. Went to cancel my subscription again and the page has been loading for going on 2 hours now. Dishonest.

Subscription sign up without obvious consent and the worst possible customer service if you receive a defective product. Scent is good, but only lasts about a week for the solids and diffusers.

scammed. they keep taking funds out of your account and never ship no product to you. and they locked you in to this subscription.

Awful. Did not knowingly sign up for a subscription. Ended up with one and no way to cancel on the website. Total scam. And the product is below average, don’t like the scents. I plan to file a formal complaint with the AG Consumer Protection Bureau. My advice, stay away from Drift.

Big scam. Was very clear to make sure I was ordering one product NOT a subscription. Got my item, thought nothing more. Today get hit with a charge for subscription I never authorized. Bad business

Subscribed. Installed it one afternoon. The next morning, the scent wasn't even noticeable. Overhyped. Overpriced. Bombarded with marketing emails since signup.

I had a subscription for the stone air fresheners for the car. I thought they were OK at first. Some of the fragrances did not last as long. I went to take off the visor clip and left huge dents in my BMW car visor. That is a huge downfall as that is one of their selling points is eclipse in your car so they should have a clip on that is not damaging to vehicles. I would not buy this at all
