I feel like I was mislead into a subscription service from Drift. I saw a charge on my Amex 30 days after i initially purchased the first set for my sons christmas stockings. I emailed instantly but they informed me it was too late. What a con. Terrible company to deal with.

Wish I would have looked at reviews before I wasted money , waited 6 or 7 weeks for them to actually get to me after having to be reshipped , put them together , got three day worth of fragrance out of them asked for a refund and they're literally asking me a pay shipping to send the junk back!

A while back I purchased one of their car fresheners, (purposefully didn’t choose the subscription option) but I have been getting billed and sent a new car freshener since then. It’s nearly impossible to cancel or get any sort of customer service. I am still in the process of figuring it out.

Like many others, despite ensuring when I made my purchase to choose the “one time payment” option as not to be roped into a recurring subscription, today a month later I was billed again. When attempting to login to the website to cancel, the site ensures my account has no subscription. No way to contact the company, and needed to dispute with my bank. Unsure if the billing will continue and if this will be a monthly battle to recoup the funds each time. Do not buy from this company, despite the product being solid.

Same as everyone else. I had absolutely NO idea I was signing up for a subscription. I want to cancel and that is hard to find how to do. Help?

This company entraps you with a subscription. I don't even have an account with them therefore I cannot cancel it. This type of business should be illegal! I would give 0 stars if possible.,

After reading the negative reviews about Drift, I made sure to place a one-time order only and not a subscription, just as many other customers had warned. During checkout, it even looked at some points like the purchase might be recurring, so I double-checked that it was a single order. After receiving my first order, I immediately cancelled my credit card just to be safe. And yet, one month later, I received this email from Drift: “We’ve still been unable to process your recent payment. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help! Update Your Card Now.” This clearly shows they attempted to charge me again without my authorization. Drift is abusing consumers by signing them up for subscriptions they never agreed to and billing them at a higher price than the initial purchase. Forget trying to cancel the subscription — they simply don’t respond. And disputing the payment with your bank or credit card is complicated and often comes with fees. On top of that, regarding their car fragrance product: when I opened the package, the scent was so strong that I couldn’t even leave it in my car because the smell was overwhelming. And after just two weeks, the wooden piece had no scent left at all. This is nowhere near what the company claims about their product’s performance. Do not order from this website. They operate in a misleading and unacceptable way.
