This company has not done anything to refund a fraudulent charge by them that appeared on my debit card. They allowed it to happen. They shipped the product to whoever the unknown person that ordered it was. They refused to refund my debit card. They do not provide a business phone number.

First of all, the sound is very low quality and starts to degrade in sound quality after a few uses. They are playing stupid games with my refund stating my bank rejected it. They obviously don't want to give me my money back after stating they would. Never buy from them ever!

Order placed on 10th January for a keyboard (piano style) and bench. The bench was eventually delivered today after escalating the delayed delivery with Evri. I am still waiting for the keyboard though. An email has been sent as well as a message on Facebook. I tried calling but it seems the number isn't real. I paid via PayPal so am most likely going to claim everything back via them if I don't hear back from Donner or receive it in the next couple of days. Really disappointed and wish I had researched them before buying.

I was skeptical at first seeing all the bad reviews but I didn't have any problem. It was delivered the week after my order, without trouble. I took the worry-free purchase just to be sure.

Ich habe im Juli 2024 eine Donner Gitarre Hush-I gekauft. Die Gitarre wurde zügig geliefert. Funktion, Verarbeitung waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Gitarre hat ihre Stärke darin, mit Kopfhörer zu spielen, ohne Nachbarn und Mitbewohner zu nerven. Der Kopfhörerausgang hat nun zunächst sporadisch, mittlerweile dauerhaft seine Funktion aufgegeben. Ich habe das Donner Music über deren Kontaktformular mitgeteilt. Nach drei Tagen wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich solle zum Fehlerausschluss einen anderen Kopfhörer und einen externen Lautsprecher an der Ausgangsbuchse anschließe. Erwartungsgemäß hat sich hierbei am Grundproblem nichts geändert. In der Erwartung, dass man nun seitens der Firma Donner Maßnahmen zur Abwicklung der Garantie ergreift, wurde ich nun per E-Mail aufgefordert, den Beweis des Defekts mittels einer Videoaufnahme zu erbringen. Ich halte diese Vorgehen für einen schlechten Scherz und denke, dass dies dazu dient, den Vorgang in die Länge zu ziehen, um die Kundschaft, in diesem Fall mich, mürbe zu machen, in der Hoffnung, dass ich dann schon irgendwann aufgebe und auf Reparaturansprüche verzichte. Das Produkt mag in Anbetracht des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses, solange es funktioniert, akzeptabel sein. Die Haltbarkeit zum einen, die Garantieabwicklung zum anderen, sind als mangelhaft zu bewerten.

Update from my review a few days ago. Donner eventually responded saying that there was an error with the shipping of my piano. I received the piano two days later. (Today) only to find one of the G keys does not work unless you push it slightly to the left of centre. Support are absolutely silent so decide to open up the piano and luckily managed to fix it myself! Changing my review from two stars to one star purely based on the delivery and support. The piano itself (once fixed) is decent, I just don’t want to order anything else from them ever again!

Oh dear - I ordered a piano on 02 January 2026. It's now 14 January and I have still not received it or had any information that would suggest it's out for delivery. I have emailed them 3 times - I have only received standardised responses stating that my queries have been forwarded to the appropriate department. You can't phone them and these shoddy responses take days. Update: I wrote an email to them threatening them with Trading Standards/the Police on 14 January and within 2 hours (!!!) I had apologetic emails and my stuff was shipped. The piano and stool arrived 2 days later (via two different companies, both of which told me a few hours before they arrived that they were coming, which was very inconvenient). Piano and stool seem to be good quality but I will never shop with them again given this nightmare experience. I'm also concerned that if there are any issues with the piano that I'll not get an appropriate response from their customer services so fingers crossed it doesn't break..... Awful experience. Avoid like the plague!

HUSH X PRO Lieferung: Schnell und unkompliziert. Auspacken und zusammen setzen: Für mich ohne Anleitung prima. Antesten: Oberamtliche Gitarre. Zum Spielen ohne große in die Details der Anleitung einzusteigen, für mich problemlos. Verarbeitung: Einwandfrei, durchdacht! Kleinod in einem stabilen Case. Alles dabei um sofort los zu mucken! Eine Reisegitarre nicht nur zum Reisen. Was mir nicht gefällt: Es sind nicht die in Earphones. Es ist der Moment, wenn ich sie einmal nicht gebrauche, es gibt kein Etui. Aber diese kleine Hilfe ist bestimmt leicht zu finden.
