I ordered an upper-tier digital piano and added a bench to my order as a bundle. There was no indication these items would be delivered separately. After a week of waiting for the bench following the piano delivery, I had to contact customer support multiple times to try and figure out where the bench was. They directed me to the shipper, who directed me back to Donner. After three total weeks the bench arrived. I went to register my purchase and my account seems to have been deleted - likely because I left a one star review which doesn't appear to align with the cherrypicked four and five star reviews on their website. Piano quality is okay. The audio sample on the website is way better than reality, but quality could be worse. I appreciate the weighted keys. Would not recommend.

Well I must say I didn't read the reviews here, but I ordered a Guitar anyway, I may not had I read the reviews......BUT It arrived in good time. After opening it I found an issue, I reached out to customer support who got back to me the next day with some idea's for resolution Happy to say all was fixed So therefore I cannot say anything against Donner Music & theire customer support who were quick to respond, professional, & very helpful.

Ho ordinato piano e sgabello che sono arrivati esattamente in 7 giorni. Intatti, puntuali. Il piano è bellissimo e facile da montare. Donner ddp 80 è molto performante. Sono soddisfattissima.

I bought the Hush 1 acoustic guitar. It doesn't turn on. It's taken me nearly a week to get a reply and now they want me to send a video of me replacing the battery and plugging in earphones. Pathetic stalling tactic. I don't even know how to get a refund or send it back. They have no phone number. One call might sort it out. This in 21C is disgraceful customer suppport

Avoid Donner! We purchased the DDP100 as a starting keyboard for my daughter as she began lessons. The piano comes with (only) a 1 year warranty. It broke at 1 year and 1 week. We reached out to Donner to explain the issue, and were told it was related to faulty mechanics. They also told us they wouldn't provide a refund or new piano because it was out of warranty. There is no way to speak to a person on the phone and they take DAYS to respond to emails. Very frustrating as this was clearly a defective unit and not related to wear and tear. You are much better off looking for a lower end, trusted brand like Yamaha, Kawai, or Roland.

Produkt anders als erwartete- angeblich 30 Tage Rückgaberecht. Aber: Retouren werden systematisch verzögert und faktisch verhindert. Rücksendeetikett bzw. Adresse werden nicht herausgegeben, stattdessen endlose Standardmails. Produkt soll quasi originalverpackt zurück, was mit EU-Widerrufsrecht nichts zu tun hat. Die Website erweckt den Eindruck einer großen Marke – tatsächlich ist es wohl ein China-Shop mit deutschem Lager. Deutsches und europäisches Verbraucherrecht wird hier ausgehöhlt. Als Käufer fühlt man sich schlicht hingehalten und um ihr Recht betrogen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

I tried to cancel an order from Donner well before it was picked up from the warehouse by UPS. I didn't receive a reply to my emails until after the order was delivered. Donner subsequently contacted me by email, excusing not replying sooner due to being too busy with their sale. I was offered a 10% credit. I do not want a credit. I replied, I sent multiple emails and submitted a form on Donner's website requesting an RMA, etc., to enable me to return the order. I also stated that, because Donner admitted fault in not cancelling the order due to being too busy with sales, I should not have to pay for return shipping. I also stated that I did not open the box; the seal is intact. I attached photos of the box showing all sides and the intact seal. Donner has not responded. I also attempted to phone Donner at the phone numbers published by Donner on its website; Donner is not taking any calls at any of their phone numbers. I also messaged Donner's customer service through Donner's Facebook page; A bot replied with a boilerplate message, not customer service. If Donner does not reply to me with an RMA, etc., to enable me to return the order and refund the full purchase price and taxes, I will contact the credit card company and file a chargeback because of Donner's non-compliance with its order return policy. Update: After filing a chargeback, and more interactive messaging and delayed responses from Donner, I was able to send back the guitar. I did not receive a refund from Donner, I was reimbursed through credit card chargeback. I could have kept the guitar after the chargeback was approved but I didn’t. Donner paid for return shipping.

Niks kopen hier ! Wil mijn bestelde gitaar ( DST-550) retour sturen wat gewoon zou kunnen binnen 30 dagen. Ware het niet dat dit bedrijf nergens op reageerd! Diverse mails gestuurd....niks, noppes, nada. Alleen maar meer reclame emails. Gelukkig betaald via PayPal dus het een en ander maar aangegeven en er een claim van gemaakt. Is nog niet opgelost maar ik ben hoopvol omdat PayPal zich ermee bemoeit.
