Ordered guitar , came wrong colour ,contacted by email no reply . Since found guitar for £50 less contacted and still no reply . Trying to get return rma # is impossible as nobody answers email. Purchase elsewhere as this fraudulent company takes your money and doesn’t respond to any issues Donner UK

Gitarre I Pro: Gute Verarbeitung, viel Zubehör und Tasche. Gitarre war aber defekt, nach etwas zäher mehrmaliger Email-Korrespondenz bekam ich den Kaufpreis erstattet.

Can I give less rating that that... worst experience. Havent recieved my product ordered two weeks before. And the parcel says its the way back.

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I also wish I had seen these negative reviews. I have tried multiple times over the past three months to contact customer services about the power cable for keyboard and every time I am fobbed off with what seems like an automated reply. No phone number that works either. Is this a legitimate company or have I been scammed??

Le banc de piano est arrivé bien après le piano, sans aucune explication de la part du vendeur. Le service client n'est pas responsif. Mauvaise experience d'achat. Autrement, la qualité des produits est ok.

Ordered my daughter a piano for her xmas on 30th November. I then got an email on the 10th saying the order was lost in their warehouse and due to low stock will be delivered on 17th January. When I complained by email they said they had miraculously managed to move stock from another warehouse and my order was being processed but they couldn't confirm a delivery date. I've now received another email today saying this is lost in their warehouse again and will resend it to me..... again. The phone number on their website is not a working number and there is no way to contact them apart form an email address which is slow in responding. They have been charging our card monthly for various amounts. I paid in full when purchased. When contacting them they said there was nothing they could do, they have charged several hundred dollars so far. The piano was purchased over a year ago. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD!!
