DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

I placed an order for a piano to ship to me in Canada. However DonnerDeal informed me that they only have stock in the US warehouse, and that I would need to wait until the Canadian warehouse is restocked. They provided me with a correct estimate of when the Canadian warehouse will be restocked. Delivery was quick through purolator from the Canadian warehouse. Overall happy with the customer service and product received.

I'm from Montreal I ordered a keyboard I have to say this is the best customer service experience I've had in a long time the keyboard is great and I received it within a few days definitely recommending and talking about Donner

I put one star but none should be the right answer. I bought a guitar wireless system, stopped working a few weeks after. They sent me a new system, stopped working a few weeks later. Try to discuss with the customer service, no answer. So the only conclusion is : DO NOT BUY FROM DONNER, EASY, SIMPLE. You won't be satisfied by the product, they don't care either, so stay away, buy another product, maybe American instead of this Chinese crap. Buy Chinese, buy twice.

THIS IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! This company sells cheap junk, provides no customer service, and will jerk you around forever if you seek a refund. Note that all the positive reviews are translated from Chinese.

I purchased the Donner DEP-20 digital piano and after several days of playing on it, I noticed that the quality of sound was poor on the higher notes, not sure what the issue was, but it sounded like the notes were muffled and the only thing I heard was me striking the keys and not the tones. I reported the problem to the company and they said it was fine per my wave file that I sent them. I decided to return the piano within the 30 day time frame and requested their RMA to do so. That's when they started jerking me around, trying to burn up the 30 day return policy window via emails only (they have no available telephone number to the public to contact them). This company DOES NOT HONOR their return policy. Their customer service is very poor with assisting the customer with product problems. I learned a lesson and would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

UPDATE! finally received my Looper pedal with drum machine from donner deal! If I order anything from Donner deal again it will be through Amazon and 2 day delivery, not through Donner deal store! Hope this helps

I bought a Donner guitar with amazon and it produces really good sound with well made materials, the resonance also sounds very beautiful.

If you wish to reach out to Donner, one has to strategize. My drum throne was missing from my drum set. I messaged them on Facebook Sunday night ~8pm (MST) and got an immediate response. Other messaging platforms were met with little response. After coming to a deal, they were able to send what I initially ordered, promptly. The item purchased from them works well and is of good value, which is nice. The drums have good height and feel to them. Wish the snare mount was tighter. This is a case of if your order does not go well, follow this route to have the best rate of response and action, not ideal, but it worked for me. I feel they are not to large of a company with a lot of resources and are making due during this pandemic so I'll give them that.
