DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

purchased the Donner ded-400 e-drum set. Amazon page advertised that the set could be expanded with a 4th tom and 2nd crash/ride. I searched amazon and donnerdeal.com for a tom to expand my set. no item could be found. I called customer service and was told there was no plans to sell the tom. If i had know of this false advertisement i would have purchased from a different company. If i can't purchase a new tom the set can't be expanded. I noticed they have added expansion plugs to the new ded-500 but they haven't openly advertised that it can be expanded on. probably don't plan on selling toms for that set either. they have also removed the ded-400 from their stores on both amazon and donnerdeal. This has been a huge disappointment to me as I was looking forward to expanding this set as i learned to play.

I completed an order December 12, 2022. Today is February 07, 2023 , and my order has not been shipped.

I ordered a drum set, I did not get the snare, I did not get the snare stand, and I did not get any of the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the drums, and I did not get the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the kick drum. It’s been over a month since I’ve called and I’ve still not received any of my parts

First, the company did solicit me to write a review. The looper pedal only worked partially when I got it. I notified them and they told me to update the software. I tried doing this and the update did not load properly and now the pedal does not function at all. They asked me to make a video showing the problem which I did and they still have not sent me a return number and address. I am calling my credit card company to start a complaint and get a refund.

I ordered 4 pedals and a Biyang 5 way power adapter. The pedals arrived about 8 days after I placed my order. They really are solid feeling and the controls appear to operate smoothly. The brushed aluminum casings are beautiful. There's just one problem... it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received the power adapter!!! I have no idea how the pedals sound and I'm getting a bit frustrated with the lack of a person to talk with. I don't know if I'll be a repeat customer as good service is very important to me.
