I'm a guitar player who owns 2 of Donner's pedals: the Mod Square modulation and the Echo Square delay. I have to say that these are amazing and versatile little pedals that I've used for more than 2 years now. Donner has made some excellent and affordable pedals for guitarists who want great tone on a budget.

I own several Donner guitar effect pedals, all of great quality. I did have a minor issue with the latest pedal, but Donner went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I wish all companies had half as good customer service as Donner!

I own a variety of Donnerdeal musical instruments: Digital Piano, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, and Cajon of which I have had no issues, and the quality of sound is very good. I also own Donnerdeal wireless microphones, wireless microphone receiver, instrument cables, guitar effects pedals, microphone stand, digital wireless guitar system, 35-watt amplifier for electronic drum or keyboard, and transducer TP1 guitar pickup contact microphone transducer for mandolin. The only product I had question about was the TP1 guitar pickup, and Donnerdeal went out of their way to address my concern. Donnerdeal products are very solid and affordable.

I have done a LOT of business with Donnerdeal, so I DO understand where some of the frustrated reviews are coming from...however, I would say the LARGE MAJORITY of my experience has been POSITIVE...and I am a business owner myself, who gets the fact that Customer Service is HUGE. Here is what is GREAT about Donnerdeal: -the products -the price point of the products -the willingness to do better, if there are issues, and if given the chance to resolve an issue! The things that Donner could work on--so you know this is a fair & honest review-- -Communication from their website via email. I am in connection with then in multiple ways due to being a music professional, and when I have tried to use the "Contact Us" type form from the website, response has been slow. That said, when they did respond, they were genuine and tried to rectify the situation or meet whatever need I had. -Communication about products being sold out or out-of-stock. My one negative issue with them had to do with a product that I ordered, which I was not told until weeks after the fact that it had been out-of-stock when I ordered, even though it appeared to be in-stock...I actually think some wires got crossed between the warehouse in the U.S. and connections in China, if I am honest. I finally did ask for a refund as I decided to order something somewhere else. I did the get the refund, however, I had also used some rewards points to purchase and was told those would be fully refunded as well. They appeared to be at first...and then weirdly later, I had less points. When I asked about this, all they could do was say they were sorry...so yes, this part is not great. But it was a small amount of points, and in the end, not worth haggling over... -I think some of the issues have to do with the fact that at least a portion of their operation happens overseas...and sometimes time zones can be challenging. I work regularly with another company in China for one of my businesses, so I am used to this, and it is not a big deal for me to extend a little extra time and compassion...but yes, this is an area where they could do a bit better as far as their WEBSITE goes, and that is communications. THAT SAID...I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS AMAZING EXPERIENCES WITH DONNERDEAL(!), which eclipse that one bad scenario. Any time I reach out to them, the response has been genuine and grateful. I will continue to support them and do business with them, because I think they are really trying to put out good products at affordable prices, and genuinely wanting to do a good job.

A few months ago I decided to move away from modelling amps and return to valves, I didn't want to spend a fortune on effects because I hadn't decided what I wanted beyond a loop pedal. Therefore my first Donner purchase was the looper. I was so impressed by its performance and build quality I decided to buy the Square Delay, I was equally as impressed so I now own the ultimate compresser, the Morpher distortion and the Pathfinder A/B/Y. They along with three other pedals are powered by the DP-1 power supply and connected by Donner Patch cables I have been utterly delighted with every Donner product I've bought so far and I will certainly be buying more.

I have purchased several items from Donner, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their products and service. I have bought many things for my guitar: effects pedals and a stand. The boxes produce superior sound, and their effects are rich and full. The stand is collapsible, which has solved an age-old problem of mine: stashing my guitar stand. Their customer service is peerless. I haven't had any issues, but the way they communicate from the time I place my order, through shipping, and the follow-up to check my satisfaction let me know that were I to have a problem, they would be right on it. Lastly, let us not forget their prices! You can't beat them for affordability and quality.

As a new ubass owner, I wanted to boost my uke with this mini amp - and even with only a piezo pickup to work with, the Basement amp filled my headphones with solid, shapeable sound ... But it was when I coupled the BA (Basement amp ;-)) with my brand-new Sire electric bass that all things sonic really took off ! The sound was rich, full and with lots of room for sound-shaping. Three other features of this Donner mini amp were personal pleasers : - it includes an AUX socket, that lets you jam with imported audio and a headphone splitter, giving you a convenient Line-out for recording. Finally, this Donner mini amp is rechargeable, making it an eco-responsible unit too. One cautionary note : the blue LEDs showing battery-charge levels are almost too bright when viewed straight-on. Even a few seconds of direct exposure left me « seeing blue » for about 5 minutes....Perhaps the Donner designers could include a dimmer wheel for the LEDs in the next version of the Mini Amp ? Then it would rate 5-Stars for certain !

I've been using Donner pedals and gear for a couple of years now. I have found them to be good quality and great value, be they pedals, leads or even mini amps. I have owned around 15 of their products in that time and have been happy with all of them.
