I don’t know if they’re good or bad but some of these positive reviews are obviously written by the company themselves.

Finally, after 5 months of trying to get my DED200 drums fixed, Donner sent me a new sound module And snare drum. It took Trustpilot and posting multiple complaints with other bulletin boards to get Donner to accept their responsibilities.

The reason I gave three stars is because of the Donner “ Rewards” program . I have ordered 4 guitars from them beginning last May , with a pedal .I didn’t initially sign up for the rewards with that order , but did after the 2nd order in July of , 2021 . I ordered again and started accumulating “ reward points “ towards a “ reward”. I ordered another DST-400 seeker guitar in January of this year , and a Da10 amp and an Alpha Force combination effects pedal . Long story short , I had accumulated 603 Donner “ reward points”, and was informed that I had earned a “ reward” of a beginner DAC-140 SKU# 1250 acoustic guitar beginner pack along with a code . It stated that I spent 500 Donner points and that it was a “ free “ guitar. But , when I tried to put it in the cart to order , it never showed a total of $0.00, and the order wouldn’t go through . This “ rewards”, has left a bad taste for me , in that I expect to pay for what I order , but don’t offer “ rewards” points if it is not going to “ reward” you with merchandise . As far as the guitars? For their price , they are equivalent , or better than some of the “ major” companies starter instruments . Tuning , hardware, electronics , and intonation are spot on when properly set up .

A good experience overall, I was sceptical after reading bad reviews. My piano came on time and it is beautiful quality! I didn’t get any email confirmation when ordered so I was worried it may be a scam. But customer service were great and delivered promises. The piano dimensions weren’t correct, the bottom was a few cm larger than the diagram, so unfortunately it didn’t fit in the allocated alcove in my house, which is a huge problem as my house is tiny and I have no other place. The reason I chose this piano was because of the smaller dimensions. I contacted customer services, they replied quickly and apologised but no compensation or solution was offered on this matter so that’s why I gave 3/5 stars. I currently have the piano in the middle of my living room :( still trying to figure where to fit it!
