Absolutely crap customer service. Tried for two days to try and get in touch with somebody so I could correct an online order, emailed them multiple times, sent them Facebook messages sent them instagram messages with no reply. They have sent out my incorrect package before I could correct the items, they still have not replied to any of my messages, absolutely appalling service. I would avoid from now on.

All I was shopping for was a shock mount for my microphone, but I came across Donner and they had what I was looking for for a really low price and free shipping. I gathered that this was a store based in China so I expected shipping would take at least a couple weeks but it showed up at my door in just a few days. The shock mount works fine and I have no complaints.

Its been awhile since I would use a Viking reel to reel tape recorder to lay down tracks one over another. Fast forward to today, I purchased the TRIPLE LOOPER, what fun and truly a great tool for practice and trying out and working on new tunes/melodies. Also have the Donner Island Delay/Looper. Great products!

Ordered a couple of mini pedals and couldn't be happier with the sound and build quality. Shipping was very fast and packaged well. All round a great shopping experience.

Do NOT buy from this company. They shipped me a set of E-drums with a broken module (DED-200). They also do not honor their 30-day return policy - when you try email them, they will ignore it (probably to try delay it past their 30-day policy). I can confirm this as I had my friend email them about a product, and they responded within a day. Meanwhile, its been a week and they have still not replied to my email about my defective e-drum kit. Stay WELL away from this company, just buy a used brand-name kit like a Roland or Yamaha.

I ordered the Donner DED 200 drum kit. It came a day earlier so I was very pleased about that. What I wasn't pleased about was the sound module not working. I sent Donner an email. They replied saying they need a video of the problem for tech support. I made a video showing them it was broke. I showed them everything was connected right. They responded 4 days later saying that I have the crash 2 connected to the audio out port. They are 1000% incorrect. I showed them, and you can also see my connections in the video I sent that I have it hook up correctly. They responded again saying I have crash 2 hook up to audio out and that I should fix the connection. They’re making excuses and blaming me for the sound module not working. They do NOT have a phone number to reach out to them. They say they have a warehouse in NC but I dont believe it. I bought this drum kit from donnerdeal.com but it was delivered by Amazon. There is Chinese symbols on their emails so I believe they are in China. That would explain why they do NOT have a phone number. Looks like I am out 315 bucks. I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Hopefully it works out. If they do send me a new sound module I will update this review

They deserve the lowest stars possible. Ive been waiting over a month on my ukulele, they sold out of the one I actually ordered, and everytime I try to get ahold of them they wait a week between emails and wait until midnight to send them. Useless customer service.
