Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I ordered an item and over a month later, I have received no updates from the company. The order status page indicates the item hasn't shipped yet, and there is no ETA on when it will. My emails to the company have also gone unanswered, and there is no phone number customers can call. Also, it appears they have sold my contact info to a third party because I have started receiving SMS text message spam, specifically with "Donner Musical Instrument customer" in the message, so I know where it came from. I had to do a chargeback to get my money back.

Dishonest, lousy customer service, outright typical communists.

Bought a bass guitar from donnermusic.com.au and was amazed at the fast process and delivery. Was sceptical as i got their ad off gumtree and wasnt sure it was legit. Definitely a good experience and a good bass guitar for a noob.

My product came to me after 4 days. It’s looking good 👍 thank you. But I don’t know why , they Did not answer my mails. And there is no phone number. Support is not good but I took my product. Thanks

I'm getting very frustrated because they only want to pay 10 percent of shipping which cost 32.00 I spent 39.99 for product.I don't need product I'm not working at moment I need refund so I can purchase daughter a snare drum. I have emailed no reply really hate that I used this site never again it's a scam poor customer service is not the way to go. They no this is ridiculous requesting you to pay for shipping like damn

My 1st order and experience: If this company offer free items I will not take or buy. 07/20/2021 I order Item Moukey 540 watt and per tricky advertisements buy $300 and save $75 make a smart way to cheat customers. With in a week shipped shipped cheap items, but main item Moukey not shipped till today. I wanted to return back because the main item was not received. Receiving email that in two weeks because out of stock. Every two weeks adding same excuse. 08/30/2021 emailed me that item is shipped and will receive in 5-7 biz days. I request tracking number and received email that we refund your money to Paypal. I did not see the credit. I did filled the claim. Donnerdeal emailed me and keep delaying the matter. Finally Paypal involved and now Donner Deal (junk deal) do not want to pay full refund. Better to buy Amazon or other store but this company???????????????? Waste approximate two months and result zero. Worst company I ever deal with. Frustration no live customer service. Please do not depend on this company if you have party and waiting for deliver in time then maybe ruined your function. Less then zero rating Maybe I will post copy of email to proof what kind of headache go threw. n just like me. donnerdeal = give them donation and forgot.

So I went and bought my nephew a set of electric drums for his 16th birthday it was about $400 a few days go by I got an email saying they canceled my order about two more days go by and they take the money out of my account making my account negative $400 and something dollars they don't have a phone number to call they don't respond to your emails immediately this is a scam do not order from this website. I'm having problems getting my money back I have to wait at least 75 days that's bull crap.

Ordered a left handed guitar on June 27th, on July 8th they emailed me to inform me the product was out of stock and would be back in stock in 2-3 weeks. I waited the 3 weeks and still nothing. Emailed me back to once again inform me the product was still out of stock and if I would like to choose another item, but seeing as how they do not have any other left handed guiters, I said no I would just like to be reimbursed and which point I was informed would take 10-15 business days. Today is the 15th business day and I have still not been reimbursed. This is thier answer by email "Thank you for your email. Sorry to keep you waiting, and our relevant staff will handle refund matters in order. And we have expedited the process of the refund for you. Would you please wait a little time? Please don’t worry, we will refund you as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindly understanding and have a nice day." Also reached out on Facebook messenger and this was their reply "Sorry, you opened Chargeback, so the account is frozen. Could you pls kindly close the CB? So that we can process your refund ASAP. Your understanding is appreciated!" I beyond annoyed at this point. I'm literally fighting to get my money back. Customer service is garbage, they take forever to respond and basically just give you the runaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
