I order an acoustic electric guitar Donner website showed 41 in stock, they wrote back and said they were out of stock but charged anyway. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting for my full refund. I was going to order a looper as well as an amplifier but will never do service with them again. I made purchase through PayPal so one way or another I should get paid, when???? Who knows?

Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

I ordered a keyboard a few weeks ago, it arrived faulty. I contacted their customer service which is obviously in China, they said I was allowed a refund and had to wait up to 15 working days so I waited and no refund. I contacted them about it again and they said to wait another 48 hours. I then received a fake email saying I’ve received my refund (I haven’t). I’ve read so many bad reviews of this place and wish I’d checked before ordering from them. avoid them at all costs!

I placed an order with Donnerdeal, and realized there was an item I forgot to place in the cart. I immediately ordered the correct items instead, and then emailed customer service to please cancel the first order. There is no option for the customer to cancel an order after placing it. Customer service responded that I should keep the order and they will give me $20 off. That is totally not what I was requesting, and they ignored my request to cancel the first order. Now they are asking me to pay for shipment back to them. I ordered about $400 worth of equipment. Update 11/24/2021: Donner has refunded the 1st purchase I was trying to cancel. I am still trying to recover funds from the $167.00 UPS return shipping I had to pay out of pocket. Update 11/26/2021: Donnerdeal has refused to compensate for any of the $167 UPS return shipping. Their system lacks any kind of cancellation method, so if you buy from them, be 100% sure the item is what you want.

Scammed. Like a fool I placed an order before looking here. Took my money, emailed me days later to say not in stock and will probably never be. I said 'refund please'; they said 'wait 3 weeks'... which isnt acceptable, but I did. A month later no refund, no replies to emails, nothing. So theyve essentially robbed me of £150, and Im now seeking legal advice. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. They should be shut down.

I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS TO THEM WITH NO RESPONSE. WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEM THE INFO SAID THEY HAD 45 IN STOCK , THEN THEIR EMAIL SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THE ITEM AND THAT I COULD PICK SOMETHING ELSE OUT AS A REPLACEMENT.         I SENT AN EMAIL REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.       AT THIS POINT I HAVE ORDERED THE ITEM FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND AM REQUESTING AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.   I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND AND AFTER SENDING MANY EMAILS I STILL GET NO RESPONSE.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY OF CROOKS I HAVE EVER SEEN

Horrible. DO NOT trust them. All they cared about was taking my money. Couldn't get any response from them until after I did a charge back. Then all they seemed to be concerned about was me dropping my complaint. Their products are crap. Their service non-existent, or worse, if that can be possible. If I could file a criminal complaint against them, I would. ps All the positive reviews are planted by them to neutralize the honest complaints of their victims.

Started playing drums at 12 and I’m 66 now. I have a Tama set in my basement which I can’t play very loud because it upsets Walter and Eddy (my dogs) so I bought the Donner DED-200 to play on my main floor with headphones. I went with Donner because of all the positive reviews and also the fact that I bought their DEP-20 keyboard last year and I just love it. I was also looking for a set that could take my double bass pedal. Well, well even though I expected a quality product, I was still surprised when I started to set it up.The frame is heavy duty more so than the other popular brand that starts with an A, trust me my neighbor has one. The sound is AMAZING. I bought the set at 15% off only to realize that the next day(labor day) it was 20% off, so I contacted them to see if I could get that extra 5% off and they refunded me even though they didn’t have to. So yes I highly recommend Donner for reasonably priced great quality products and a pretty good company to deal with.
