Ordered a Ukulele for a Christmas present and it hasn’t been received and I am at the mercy of email as there is no phone number to speak to anyone. I have to wait 30 days to dispute it with my credit card company! How to ruin Christmas, thanks Donner. Be warned don’t purchase from this company

With all the warnings regarding black friday sales being scams; i didnt think this company would be one of them. Im fully aware prices are subject to change so this post is to highlight not to make rush purchases. I bought a drum set for £235 and used the BF30 code, two days later they reduced the drumset to £200 and the BF30 code was still valid - dont feel pressured and wait

Email about no arrival of keyboard should of been a Christmas present for my son .no proper tracking all I keep getting told its shipped its been weeks .not a reliable company at all now wanting a refund surprise surprise no response going see if PayPal can help .thought the keyboard looked to good to be true its a shame .wouldn't use unless you have lots and lots of time to wait and wait .I only have one neighbour they did not receive it plus I had no card through my door from any delivery company to say it had been delivered. The tracking number I received says something was delivered to Nottingham GB but not literally to my address .so no proof it was delivered. Although I did receive my free gift ok a recorder which nearly cost Me £200

Despite responding to my first negative review I still have not heard back from this company.As is typical of a company whose only concern is to sell you a product and then forget about you ,their policy seems to be to ignore you when things go wrong and hope you go away.Please accept my advice and never use this company

I’ve emailed like they said about a refund and not getting a reply emailed 3 times now but definitely won’t be shopping here again

This is a fraudulent company! DO NOT BUY! I bought a drum pad and stand, was charged for it, and then received and email saying they were out of stock. I asked for a full refund and was a promised a refund within 15 days. No refund ever came. This website is a scam.
