The clinicians and therapists are good. The “support” team is completely unreliable. They don’t have a number to contact them directly, support emails take days for response. Even though I have found a pharmacy to fill my RX i can’t get anyone from Donefist to send the RX. Honestly you’d be better off lighting your money on fire and praying that an offering from the gods to work it out for you. The link provided from DoneFirst below goes nowhere!

Great care provider!

I would rate it a zero if possible. My company referred me to Done in order to receive help. It was a quick turn around to sign me up, take my money and have an appointment with a doctor. Since my initial appointment I have not been able to get in touch with someone to assist me. They scheduled an appointment for m and the doctor didn’t show. It’s now been one month and can not get a resolution. I have never been ignored or treated so poorly from a health provider. I believe it could be a scam of some sort. Please be aware. Bait and switch approach to business.

Edited: they finally refunded my money and then promptly asked me to edit my review. The customer service people are nice but very hard to contact and super disorganized. My first appointment was rescheduled by Done, when it didn’t work for me and I changed it immediately I was charged $99. Then my actual consultation appointment the provider didn’t show up and I’ve still been charged the $199. The first $99 has been refunded but it’s taken 6 emails to customer service and they still have not refunded me for an appointment that they don’t show up to.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Done ADHD, particularly with my assigned provider, Sophie. Despite the critical importance of timely access to medication for ADHD, my experiences have been plagued with delays and a lack of reliable support. The responsiveness of provider Sophie is alarmingly inconsistent. While occasionally her responses are timely, the vast majority of the time—around 75%—she is slow to react, especially concerning prescription reroutes. This lack of consistency has led to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Moreover, the protocol at Done ADHD that requires patients to locate their medication inventory is unreasonable. As a patient, it is highly impractical and burdensome to be expected to call around pharmacies to find stock before a prescription can be sent. This responsibility should squarely fall within the provider’s remit, ensuring patient care and convenience are prioritized. Overall, my experience with Done ADHD and provider Sophie has been unsatisfactory and unreliable. I urge potential patients to consider these issues seriously when choosing Done ADHD for their healthcare needs.

Don’t even bother or risk it, they’re just going to take your $200 and you’ll never get your prescription. It’s been 4 days and still no response from them no way of contacting them. Unprofessional company and definitely not a 24/7 company. Stay away from this incompetent company

The person helping me is very kind and helpful

Stole my money set me up for an appointment they canceled and when I tried to reschedule they charged me again I sent emails no response then I get a text about a third appointment I never scheduled... Saying login and give us your credit card info so we can issue a refund.... Not for the real appointment but for something made up... ? Omg what a scam, now there response HERE is reach out, we care, then why haven't you responded to the 5 emails or any of the text I've sent and why did you charge me 180 dollars before any consultation? Even their customer service is bull shirt I also received an email saying they were giving me a refund which I haven't received and another email saying they would love to help but they never responded to my emails but they e challenged this review by demanding info from trust pilot I have gotten nothing but automated response
