Love love love my experience with Done. Especially since being assigned the most wonderful clinician (shout out to Jessica Staco!) To be honest my experience was a bit messy at the beginning (this was some time ago) when I had another clinician and was also having trouble getting my medication. But things have been seamless ever since. The whole process of getting refills and having prescriptions automatically sent to my pharmacy (and sent out to me) couldn't be easier. My clinician is also super responsive so any time I have any questions or need to make medication adjustments it gets done right away. The support staff have also been great and very responsive.

No one showed up to my appointment and they refused to refund my money. It's a scam. Also tried the link below. Also no answer do not give them a dollar I will be charging back my money and calling the ftc and fda

I just don’t understand. I was extremely hopeful to finally receive the attention I have been desperately seeking. However, I’ve come to realize I am mostly being charged to actually receiving the medication I am prescribed. It is highly discouraging and I am reconsidering this treatment.

Worst company of all time. I joined in 2022 and enjoyed the process at first. After a few months, more and more pharmacies refused to work with this company, so getting your medication was impossible. To pay upwards of $80 a month PLUS your prescription plus the miscellaneous stuff they charge for like the telehealth appointment is a lot of money to be spending to not even be getting your medication, so I canceled. I started back up in January 2024 and it’s been 3 months and I have yet to get ONE prescription yet this company is still charging me the subscription fee every month. I’ve been trying to cancel for a month now and now ALL OF A SUDDEN they’re claiming I still owe $179 from TWO YEARS AGO when I initially joined? How does that make any sense? This company is fraudulent and just wants to charge your card. STAY AWAY

Impossible to schedule with the doctor or communicate at all with the support team. WILDLY unsatisfied. They ignored my emails for two weeks then randomly send me an email saying they’ve scheduled me for an hour from when the email was sent. Didn’t ask or get consent. Then proceeded to send me a series of “no show” emails and texts and ignore all my communications.

they do all this to steal your credit card # and charge you a membership fee then block you from being able to get on the website to cancel and they continue to charge you! They’ll tell you they’ll refund you the money but never do! It’s all a scam for your credit card info!

I felt like I connected and was heard by my clinician, but getting medication has been a nightmare. Hardly any pharmacies will work with Done and the few that do seem to be severely out of stock. Communication between the “care team” and patient is lackluster and they do not refund your membership fees, even though the website promises they will if you cannot get medication. Save your money and seek help elsewhere.

You suck. I filled out the proper information to get my scrip refilled and I have no refill. Verified my bank information was correct and even noted this in a previous survey that nobody reads.
