Paying for unresponsiveness
Paying for unresponsiveness. I am fine with the extra fees and membership cost as long as I get what I paid for. I used Done several years ago without issue. This time though it has been impossible to get a response from the provider. The prescription they sent in was corrupted so the pharmacy can't even open it. I let them know on the 2nd that there was an issue. And then I followed up on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th. It is now the 9th and they still haven't sent in a new prescription. I have ADHD obviously so, it is really hard to deal with a service where I have to bug them to get things done. It is supposed to be easy to use, and automated. Tried setting one of the urgent appointments based on Done's response. They called and immediately hung up on me. The call came from a restricted number so I couldn't call them back.
