They are SCAMMING People out of money!!
Last Saturday, I signed up and made an appointment through their website. The appointment was made for Sunday the very next day. When I received the appointment confirmation, it said that I needed to see my primary doctor first before I could be seen by the Done provider. Since it was a weekend, I knew there was no way I could see my primary doctor so I canceled the service and canceled the appointment thinking that I would just sign up again after I see my primary doctor. Well, they charged me for the appointment $10 plus $189 for the first month of service and have refused to refund it. Mind you my appointment and subscription was canceled within MINUTES of making it and only after I saw that they required me to see a doctor before seeing their doctor (which makes no sense by the way because why wouldn’t you just get the evaluation/script from your doctor if you have to see them anyway). I contacted their customer service immediately after canceling everything in order to prevent the charges. They even sent me an email saying my account was deactivated, so my payment method was also removed… But yet they charged me not once but twice once for $10 and a second time for $189 which they now refuse to refund. I just got an email saying that they refunded me $94.50. But that means they are charging me $104.50 just for navigating their website for a few minutes and the deceitful practice of telling someone they need another appointment after the appointment with them has already been made and charged for. I would suggest you avoid this company at all cost because they are just scamming people and not helping them. They are taking advantage of people in need of care.
