There is so much that I want to love…
There is so much that I want to love about Done, but some of the practical details make it insanely frustrating. I want to say first that I deeply appreciate what Done is trying to accomplish, and after so many years of struggling at school and work, I finally feel so relieved to get a diagnosis via Done and realize that it wasn't *me* that was a failure, but that *despite* my ADHD I've managed to thrive. That's amazing.
But the actual Done platform itself leaves MUCH to be improved. For starters-- every time I log onto Done to done logistical tasks like check for my profile or to update my pharmacy information or to renew anything-- I cannot get past the initial prompt screen that requires me to make an appointment. This means that something I make an appointment that I have no intention of attending simply JUST to move past that screen! That's a horrible waste of the doctor/ nurse's time. The actual nurses/ NPs ive spoken with are so lovely, but please stop requiring me to make an appointment simply to access the platform. I'm already paying a high fee just to be a member.

A great medical experience from the comfort of my home! I’m so much more productive and organize. ADHD no longer dominates my life in the same way. The process is easy and professional!

Absolute nightmare
UPDATE: Done's response is generic and unsatisfactory at the very least. I have been on ADHD medication for 5+ years and I am fully aware of the laws and regulations surrounding them. I don't have insurance and have switched providers and pharmacies a few times in the past and never has it taken more than a couple of hours to get a prescription to a new pharmacy. Still no direct contact from my provider or Done about the issue.
I couldn't be more disappointed and frustrated with this service after using it for about 5 months.
I have had multiple issues stemming from the fact that there is no way to directly contact your doctor. I sent my doctor a message (you're only allowed to contact them 2x a month which is ridiculous in itself) about a medication adjustment and it took her 5 days to respond. She then sent in the prescription to my regular pharmacy but my medication was out of stock. I simply needed a new prescription sent to the pharmacy that has it in stock. I've sent multiple emails to "customer support"and it's been 2 days and I still have no response to why my medication hasn't been sent. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had this issue.
Not to mention the website is not at all user- friendly and is full of blank pages and error messages. This company is an absolute nightmare and if you want care in an efficient and compassionate manner I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Hello - thank you so much for your feedback. I am disappointed to hear about your frustrations. We hear you and are working on completely re-vamping our messaging system to unlimited messages in each chat session with your provider. There are a lot of regulations surrounding ADHD medication. Most pharmacies will not let patients pick up refills earlier than 30 days from previous month's dispense date. Additionally, we certainly wish that pharmacies would be more transparent about their stock information. Once we find out they are out, we are happy to immediately reprocess another prescription. Pharmacy changes can take several days to process; the original pharmacy must process the cancellation (per US law) before issuing a new prescription to the new pharmacy after the patient confirms their new preferred pharmacy. Average turnaround time can take 5 days, sometimes longer if there are local or state-wide medication shortages. We sincerely thank our patients for their patience in allowing us to resolve pharmacy stock issues for them. A common solution that we offer for patients that have issues with pharmacy stock is prescription delivery, which rarely have stock issues. We'll personally reach out to you to make sure you are taken care of.

Can't deliver on their core service
Update - Three days after this review, my prescription was successfully sent to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up without a problem. The Done. rep that reached out to me was able to correct the immediate issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, which was reassuring. I am happy now. I will stay with Done., assuming the kinks have been worked out in the upcoming months. Aside from the Rx sending issue, Done. provides an amazing service!
_______________________________________________
My first appointment went great and I really appreciated the practitioner I was paired with. She was understanding and developed a treatment plan I was comfortable with. She stated she was going to send the prescription no later than the next morning.
Since my appointment, I have been met with nothing but frustration as the prescription was never received by the pharmacy, despite being told it was sent several times over the course of the last 9 days. Meanwhile, I'm still suffering. I have provided them with a number of solutions that may resolve the issue, even though I don’t know what the issue is, I’m trying! Customer service has offered little help besides stating they will send it again. They don’t seem to care one bit or understand that there clearly is a problem that’s preventing that process from happening that needs to be corrected. Sending it over and over is NOT working! They seem to have quit responding to my emails all together now.
It’s very concerning how dismissive they are to these issues and how little they appear to care. Everything this company claims to be is exactly what they are not. I have been met with nothing but frustration since my appointment. None of their promises advertised have been delivered. This is a mental health clinic, not a shoe store where incompetence delivering their core product doesn’t have a very direct impact on your life 24/7. I'm now in the position of exploring other treatment options from square one and accepting that I got taken for $200.

Great experience with Done!
Great experience with Done!
I was having a lot of trouble focusing on everyday tasks both at home and at work. My psychiatrist recommended that I be evaluated for ADHD, but the cost for the evaluation was staggering. After doing some research, I found Done. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within the same month. My Done provider listened to the areas in which I was struggling and recommended medication to help, which has been great and has definitely improved my quality of life. The customer service is also exceptional- Dustin was incredibly kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to notify me as to when services would be available in my state. Overall, 10/10 experience so far!

You get your meds, but not much more.
First of all, the service is expensive. The user-interface can't tell you things like when you'll be charged, and they also changed that date without notification last month.
On top of that, I had to go a month without my medication because I forgot to schedule an appointment before I ran out. That one's my fault. In the meantime, I had submitted a refill request, but only one of my two medications went through. Eventually, the day of my appointment finally arrived, and my NP rescheduled the appointment for another month out. I submitted a consultation request and got back a long-winded message full of excuses with no punctuation. She got around to refilling both of my meds at that point, but I still had to go another month before an appointment. On the day of that time, it was rescheduled AGAIN with a different NP and another week out.
I just finished with that appointment. It was short, he didn't ask anything about me, just whether I thought my medication was working as usual. I said maybe ten words and it was over in five minutes.
My initial consultation with my first NP didn't feel very professional and left me questioning the validity of this service. After the last few months, I'm extremely skeptical. The only reason I'm sticking with it, for now, is because I travel throughout my state frequently and can't work a typical psychiatrist into my schedule.
