Only one month in but so far it's going well! I had some initial issues with the prescription being available (but I think that was on the fault of the pharmacy and not Done). I appreciate the time that the provider has for me and getting the first appointment was quick and easy. I'm hopeful that the next appointments will go quickly as well!

As of right now this is not a very reliable way to get your meds. My provider was great I had absolutely no problem with her. My problem/s are with Done. First Complaint. The website is not very clear on how to schedule a follow up appointment, you only have two things to click on in your account. You can ask two questions a month to your provider and you have the option to renew your prescription, That's it. If you need a follow up because you need to alter your meds you have to email in to support. They got back to me two days later asking when I wanted to have my follow up. I didn't immediately see the email so they just scheduled my appointment for the next available. Second Complaint. The next available appointment isn't for nearly a month! Look, I get the provider can only do so much but that would be incredibly unacceptable for some patients. Maybe they prioritize patients that are on meds that have to be taken regularly or that could be dangerous to have a month long break, I don't know. Either way I think anyone considering this should consider that when I signed up I could have had an appointment the next day but when I need my meds adjusted I have to wait a month. Update: I have been in contact with a few people from Done. They really helped and let me know what was going on and got my issue taken care of. Only 4 stars though because I it was incredibly confusing and frustrating getting texts with no info from one person that led me to believe I had a new week later appointment day. I did eventually get an email explaining things much better.

This is an ideal way to get the help you need for an actual affordable rice and not the ridiculous amount you would normally pay for the prescription or visit. Jane did a wonderful job explaining the prescription to me and has been wonderful ever since. Definitely recommend!

Best Experience I was like a lot of people, skeptical. When the call started it was a very natural conversation from the getgo. She genuinely took care of me and listened to my issues. It felt good to finally resolve my issues and move forward.

I love DONE so much. Life has become less complicated since I joined. I had been off my ADHD medications for years because the process to get them is very complicated and long. With DONE it was a simple, straight to the point and judgment free. If I’m not happy with something or having any issues the customer service is great and will get you the help you need. I’m so happy to have discovered DONE it truly has made a difference in my life.

These guys are true professionals. Especially in a time of need and social distancing. They get it DONE!

I hate anything that involves making appointments. The idea of finding the energy and taking the time to search for someone to diagnose and help me treat the ADHD I suspected I had was completely overwhelming -- so when my nutrition coach said she had a great experience with Done, I gave it a try. I had my first appointment scheduled so quickly that I didn't even have time to freak out -- when I spoke to my provider I was very blunt about my experiences and why I was turning to Done, and a short chat later I had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. When prescription renewal time came 'round a month later I knew I was feeling better on my 'script and shared my notes and we decided to stay with the same initial dosing -- super simple! The whole process has been very straightforward and I'm relieved Done made it so easy to finally get the help I needed. My experience has been so positive that a couple of my friends have opted to start with Done as well.

Horrible experience today. As if it’s not hard enough to find a provider who’s knowledgeable and cares, I thought my process would go a lot smoother. I was tested and diagnosed years ago but have been unmedicated due to losing insurance and than moving towns. I was so happy to find done and thought I could get my life back. Yeah I was wrong. She made me feel invalidated and told me I didn’t have adhd after 10 minutes of talking. She diagnosed me with depression and I am not depressed. It was humiliating. I had mentioned a previous med I had tried before but became suicidal and later in the appt asked if I wanted to try it again.. really??? She said it would help with my adhd symptoms even though she doesn’t think I have adhd. At one point I started crying because this whole process of finding someone to prescribe me a previous med I know works for me has been so frustrating and she was laughing. I got off the phone feeling so embarrassed and crazy. I was so hopeful too and that was a lot of money to flush down the drain.
