Overall good experience except that I was charged twice for the consultation.

Responsive & trustworthy. I first saw an advertisement for Done on Instagram, where I've been running into very similar advertisements. At first I was quite discouraged from the monthly membership price, but after much consideration with my health care provider & how terrible my current health insurance, I decided to commit & get my first consultation with Done. I thought it was a scam, b/c of how simple the website was, but I later realize it really was that simple to get my prescription & speak with my local pharmacy about getting my prescription. I continue to be a member of Done & Dr. Tsang from the jump was wary of my dosage suggestion, which made me feel like I was in good hands.

Experience has been great! It’s greatly appreciated to have quality ADHD treatment and support during the pandemic. Telehealth is the future and Done is leading the way.

I have been with Done for almost two years. Unfortunately, my experience over the past month is necessitating me to update my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The primary reason is the difficulty of getting a response and the inadequacy of the responses you get. Their website is misleading. You cannot simply have your medication shipped to you as it all depends on where you live and if there is a pharmacy nearby. Several chain pharmacies like Safeway and CVS will not fill controlled substance prescriptions from Done at this time. It’s difficult to get Done to reply to questions like “can I have my medication shipped to me?” or “what pharmacies are filling your prescriptions still?” even though their website says that there are 1000s of pharmacies who fulfill Done prescriptions and to “contact us” to find one. The email response I got was to contact my insurance and find out who they are contracted with, but that isn’t even the issue. The issue is I cannot find a local or mail pharmacy that will fill my prescription, no matter if it’s billed to my insurance or not. Communications take days, lack meaningful information, and the whole platform is glitchy and difficult, particularly if there is any sense of urgency, like when you are out of your medication. If I could get the answers to my questions and have a more responsive customer service experience, Done would be much better.

I feel so understood and heard. I don't go into my appointment worried about being judged. My life has improves so much since I started medication. I'm doing better at work and my supervisor noticed a huge difference in my ability to organize and complete tasks on time. My anxiety decreased significantly due to how well I am doing at work.

My experience with Done has been great. Easy to get in touch with my doctor with any questions and very responsive. I had no problems setting up the appointment online and was able to do everything from home in my schedule. I would recommend giving it a try!

Previous review in April 2021: I have insurance but it's still so challenging to get access to certain health services. Not to play the ADHD card, but the more barriers there are to receiving a service, the less likely I'll be able to do so. The experience at Done seems tailor made for me - it's easy to contact both my provider and the customer service team, and it eliminates any excuses I might have for not taking my medication. I'm really happy that I found them and it was through a review like this one, so I'm passing on the favor. Current review February 2022: In the last year they must have reduced or totally eliminated their support team. They have sent my prescription to the pharmacy with incorrect insurance not once, but twice. They don't have a support phone number and I've emailed their support team three times about this and haven't received a response. At this point I'm so worried they're about to go out of business, due to the mistakes and the total lack of response, that I'm looking for an alternative. It's really a shame because they used to be so great.

Done ADHD has helped me so much. The convenience is phenomenal and saves me time and $! I get my prescription on time every month and get all my questions answered online.
