Done. has genuinely been a game changer for me. I lost my health insurance this year and had no idea how I’d be able to afford a psychiatrist. I had never been officially diagnosed with ADHD and feared being judged by a doctor having waited until my late 20’s to address an issue I had been so used to living with. The doctor actually took the time to hear me out and provide solutions both with medication and lifestyle changes. I am truly grateful.

After advocating for myself with a provider who would not help with my needed medication, I found Done. I finally have relief and I did not have to struggle to get what I needed. My provider listened and prescribed what was necessary. My provider missed our second appointment, after the system notified me at the last minute of a 12 hour difference in appointment time. I waited for an hour, and I then received a halfhearted message from the provider stating he was “catching up on other appointments.” I had to concisely message him what I needed with my dosage, and I feel the conversation was very ineffective and not reflective of what I really needed. I am continuing on my dose, although I think it needs adjusting, just due to how difficult it is to contact my provider and get face to face interaction with him. I choose to continue using the service because it is convenient (although expensive in relation to what my insurance copay would be) and needed. I have a lot of gratitude for the service and for my provider for hearing me after a few years of trying and failing elsewhere. I do wish there was an easier way to contact the provider and customer service when there are hiccups with scheduling.

Overall, a convenient and accessible way to get treatment and prescriptions. My interactions with my provider have always been positive and productive. A few times there have been mixups with my local pharmacy, but I’ve usually been able to resolve issues fairly quickly. My main feedback would be that the user portal could use updating in terms of functionality, as it currently isn’t able to handle two different running prescriptions at once and I’ve had to find workarounds.

Seamless and easy option for those looking for treatment options. Portal is easy to use and renewal is easy to obtain.

This is a great resource for people who need ADHD treatment options. They are fast and helpful. I appreciate the work from this website because they have not only increased my quality of living but also they made the process so easy.

I was told that I don’t have ADHD by few doctors. Recently my daughter called to tell me that she was diagnosed with ADHD and her medication was amazing. She then listed many of my idiosyncratic behaviors and told me that they are not normal behaviors and I should get tested for ADHD. I followed her advice and went on Done site and booked a telemedicine for evaluation. Nothing short of a miracle happened when I took my first medicine. I used to say that I was my worst enemy because I was so harsh and demanded unreasonable standard for myself in everything that I do. I have this calmness, peacefulness and clarity in my head now. I had to study and work harder than everyone and couldn’t figure out why. I blamed myself. Now I tell others about my diagnosis and medication and how it changed my life. I lived over 50 years with ADHD and it was my daughter who convinced me to get help through wonderful staff at Done. Million thanks to Done!
