Very easy onboarding experience and has been very good working with my assigned provider. Appointment times are hard to find sometimes within 1 week notice but they let you schedule a few weeks/months out so that is helpful for planning.

Done has been a great service. After an initial consultation, my provider diagnosed me with ADHD and we began medication. We’ve had follow up discussions both online and via video calls. He has been great to work with and I am satisfied with him and Done as a platform for connecting me with him. One thing that could be a little better is the technology the platform uses for video calls. In both of the calls we have had, the system got “laggy” at the very end of the discussion. We worked through those issues but that’s the one thing I’ve felt could be improved about Done.

Easy to navigate website and professional psychiatrists while also being very secure. If your phone falls asleep, and reopen to the website, it requires a pin to access your profile

It's been an easy process to get diagnosed and find a medication and dosage that works to help manage my ADHD. I don't think they should have charged me to get a doctor's note (ADHD meds show up on drug tests for new jobs), but otherwise a positive experience.

Scheduled an appointment weeks ago for today. Around 11 I was told it was cancelled. ( I was not contacted by phone or text even just email) I can’t reschedule myself for whatever reason so I now have to wait 2 days for the scheduling team to reach back out to me. I had taken the day off of work for this appointment! Also what is the point of the chat service if they themselves can’t help me? I understand things can change with providers but most places are able to get you in to see another provider. Also the person I was able to chat with was very little help and it was obvious they were struggling with their English ( several messages were hard to understand) This felt super unprofessional and from my experience so far I would not recommend. Also if I had cancelled hours before I would have been charged 200$!! If they are able to reschedule me at an appropriate time I will more than gladly update this review. But for now 1 star. Update it took them 5 minutes from when I posted this to comment so let’s see how long it takes for someone to reach out.

Done is great. I was diagnosed and started treatment very soon. My doctor knows a lot, and I feel much better.

I’ve been seeing my primary care doctor for years every three months as part of the ADHD protocol. Finding the time in my schedule to get into his office and then sit for sometimes up to an hour to be seen for such a routine visit definitely brought on its challenges and frustrations. During the pandemic the scheduling challenges were compounded. So, one day I decided to do some quick online research to see if there were any telemedicine doctors specializing in ADHD. I found DONE, and made the decision to give it a try. The registration process was very efficient and I scheduled my first appointment for the following week. I met with the online practitioner and had a great conversation and we discussed my protocol. My prescription was submitted electronically, and ready the next day. This in itself was a game changer, as previously I had to drive to my physicians office, be seen, and be handed three prescriptions for the next three months. Then I had to proceed to the pharmacy and submit one of the three paper prescriptions in person, and wait a day to receive the filled prescription. I would then have to repeat the in person and handing over the paper prescription for the subsequent next two months. Now, all that said, the “price” of the telemedicine visit is a little bit higher than going to my physician; however, the time I save by utilizing the virtual telemedicine model definitely outweighs the price. A huge ROI for me! I am on my third month, and so far I love the modern model - I mean who wants to be a seers in an Amazon world?

I am really pleased with this service. I get extremely nervous talking about my problems with a professional, but Harman made me feel completely comfortable. There's no judgment and I get to ask questions and I feel listened to.
