In general, the done team makes absolutely sure to meet their clients needs on a speedy basis. Overall, I have found them to be professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for basic telemedicine and prescription maintenance. However, the done model does not allow for standard counseling services, which I have sought elsewhere. If you are looking for regularly scheduled therapy, done is not for you.

The consultation was thoughtful but I have some issues with user interface : I want a reply button beneath the message from the consultant so we can have a conversation . As of now you can only see the message from the consultant and to respond you have to leave a completely new message, wish it would simply pop up underneath . Thanks .

Done first was a life changer. I wasn't sure why I wasn't getting tasks done, and it seemed more recently that it was becoming a detriment to my life. Brian really helped me understand what ADHD was, asked me questions, and then basically started describing most of the things in my life to a tee. Getting diagnosed with ADHD and getting the treatment I needed has helped me improve in all facets of my life, and I feel better everyday. I recommend everyone talking to a professional at Done if they think they may have ADHD. These people are truly professionals.

So far so good. I see a lot of reviews saying that after the first couple of months things start to fall off but so far I love the service. It’s quick, it’s easy, I don’t have to call to set up appointments. Appointments are short and sweet and I’m able to fit them in throughout my days instead of losing half my day to it!

I met with my doctor for a follow up visit. He seemed competent and engaged.

Due to the pandemic, I had to switch gears and change professions from being in the service industry to being in an office setting. Having to sit and focus on tasks in a quiet setting was never something I thought I would have issue with, but I was really struggling with the transition. I wasn’t eligible for insurance through my new company for a few months, so I decided to Google if there was a way to see a provider at low enough cost to potentially see if what I was experiencing was in fact ADHD. My initial consult was easy and she got me set up with medication that could help. After a few months, I had a follow up consult with my now current doctor and she is wonderful. She made me feel heard, she adjusted according to my concerns, and was very easy and friendly to talk to. Once I was able to get insurance through my work provider, I did cancel my Done membership. Big mistake, I came back a month later. The docs through my insurance had me talk to three separate people and there were so many hoops, not to mention the appointment times were weeks out. Done isn’t as cheap as maybe if I went through my insurance, but the price is well worth it to continue to with the consistency and ease that comes with this membership. They even automatically send refill reminders to my pharmacy and text me when it’s ready! Easy and super helpful, would recommend to anyone who has or thinks they have ADHD.

I am very pleased with my experience at Done. After 3 of my children were diagnosed with ADHD, I finally realized why i was such a spaz... I decided to talk to a Dr, but I didn't have a lot of time to spare. My good friend and coworker, who is also a former spaz, turned me onto Done. During lunch break, I talked to Dr Cruz, who helped me understand what was going on in my head. And how to begin treating it. As the treatment went on, Dr Cruz answered my questions promptly and I felt like she really understood what I was going through. Anyway, I could go on. But let me just say, Done is a very good thing in my life. Thank you, Dr Cruz. And thank you to Done.

my provider has been very attentive and helpful from the start. Access is very easy and I have never waited more than a minute for one of my appointments to start. I highly recommend Done to anyone thinking about using their services.
