Overall good experience. Consultation and prescribing process were quick and thorough. Every month I have had to reach out to customer service and compel them to fill my prescription faster which can be frustrating, but once I contact them the turn around is quick. They are definitely helpful and responsive!

I was rather skeptical about Done. - at first. I am a remote working professional and I travel a lot for work, so I was very interested in the business plan Done. offers for remote treatment of ADHD. The experience getting set up was easy, meeting with the provider, and getting my first prescription. All good. I did have an issue after that - basically stemming from the poor UI within their portal. I think they need to update their user experience & offer a better in-app chat feature because the portal is very very limited & it makes for a confusing experience where it can be very difficult to get in touch with someone. They also don't have the best notifications when it comes time for a refill. This is why I can only give 4 stars. However, my most recent experience with the Done Care Team really showed me that this company is trying & the service they offer is truly valuable for the ease of not having to go to a doctors office, especially for nomads. I hope they continue to improve upon their user portal & I would consider this a 5 star service. As for the care team - they get 5 stars for how they have been so responsive & proactive with solving my concerns. Bravo to them.

Overall, I am really satisfied with my experience. I would say that it took me a bit to get used to the process on this site. I was a bit confused by the telemedicine experience in general. My practitioner is a really nice person who asks many questions and has guided me the right way, i believe. I would not say that i did not have any issues, especially with prescriptions and pharmacies. But since i changed to Costco instead of CVS all those problems went away for me. As someone who follows a calendar i just make sure i have the renewal scheduled on my calendar so i don't forget. Otherwise i run out of medicine. I would love to get some kind of reminder since as someone with ADHD everything for me is out of site, out of mind. This platform has really made my symptoms manageable, and helped me out. I hope reminder texts come for followup appts/ prescriptions and it would be 5/5

I’ve been with Done as opposed to my previous hospital affiliated doctor, for six months or so. After years of feeling judged by my doctor and her staff, I was thrilled to find care that offered judgment free care. And Done has been true to their word. One of my first months, I had an emergency refill, I was heading out of the county. Done took care of me and submitted my refill quickly. I’m happy for this new way to handle my care.

Update 11/3: As much as I want to update my review to 4 or 5 stars. I can’t. As stated before, my provider was a no show to our appointment at the end of October and my appointment got rescheduled (not by me) to December. Now today, my appointment got canceled by someone and I can’t go in to reschedule because no dates or times show up for me to choose from. I love my provider and do not want to switch. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I needed my October appointment to be able to request my prescription renewal for this month (November). I will also say I was contacted several times by a customer service representative by the name of Angela and she was so helpful and kind dealing with my issues. The appointment fiasco wasn’t an issue until after every other issue was resolved though. Go figure. — 100% do not use this service if you value your time, energy and mental health. I have waited WEEKS for my prescription refill to be renewed. It was approved twice by two different providers. I still have not received it. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of October which my provider was a no show for. I got a text saying it was cancelled after I waited 20 minutes already for her to show. I also submitted email after email to the done support team, all of which were IGNORED. I got one response back a few weeks ago where I expressed some concerns and the person responding flipped everything I said and made everything into my fault, it wasn’t by the way. I got one text saying my concerns would be escalated to higher ups and I’d either get a text, call or email about it. I didn’t. I’ve received nothing in over a month except countless frustrations trying to get the service I’ve already paid for. The first few months using done were exceptional, but it seems like it’s just turned into a big scam you will waste your money on.

I've been receiving treatment for several months now and everything has been very smooth. Months ago, I had some issues with my previous pharmacy, but these issues were resolved almost immediately after I contacted Done. My provider also made sure to check in and had me give her my vitals and feedback on medication, just like she said she would. Before Done., I was really nervous putting trust into a new medical provider, but I am really busy with school and work so I decided it was the best option for me. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far and I am here to stay!
