Done has been so easy to work with, I’ve been with them for a couple months now. My provider has always been patient and informative with me. She listens, and takes time to reply to my consultations. I’ve had a few hiccups with my pharmacy filling prescriptions and the support team has always resolved the issues in a timely matter. They have excellent appointment reminders and auto refills, they really understand their clientele.

Done has simply been lifechanging. The customer service is prompt, the website is easy to use, and my medical provider has really taken the time to listen to my concerns and provide meaningful feedback. In my 18 months with Done, there have been absolutely no issues and they have changed my opinion of telemedicine for the better.

Edit: Wow, Done just reported my review so it'll be flagged and taken down if I don't respond to Trustpilot. Good thing I check my emails. I started using this service so I can at least get a diagnosis. All good, I'm diagnosed. Then I start having vision problems on the same day I started my meds. Not sure if they're related but I quit taking my meds just to be safe. As I'm a broke college student, I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be charged monthly for service I would not be using, but I expected to be able to make use of the remainder of the time since I paid $200 for the consultation. As soon as I turned off the auto-renew option, I got kicked out of my account. I couldn't access my account from my laptop nor my phone. My doc wanted official paperwork for my diagnosis, but of course I couldn't access any of my stuff. I had no idea to get help from the support either, but luckily I had their support email from before. So I emailed them, explaining the situation. Apparently as soon as you turn off the auto-renew option, your entire account is locked down and will kick you out of it. Even if you have time before the next renewal date. I don't think customer service would give you a refund for it. They also have customer service based in another country (I think India). At first, I missed their phone calls since I didn't know who was calling me. They kind of... pester you. A lot. I feel like they don't understand the situation well, and they beg you to take down the negative review. It's sad that they'll kick you out of your account after getting your money then beg people take down the review.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm I checked in and signed on at 555 pm did the video and sound check passed and waited … and waited and waited it said Kim the dr I was meant to see was available and video will start soon it never did 15 minutes go by I sent a message in the chat nothing she popped up on the screen at 6:25 pm saying I’m late for my appointment ?!?! And she couldn’t see me or reschedule and I’d have to go through the app which wants to charge me another 200 and no way to get ahold of support. Beyond furious ! **update support was quick to get back to me after this post they rescheduled me a new dr a few days later. I planned for the appointment and the night before it got rescheduled for the next day so I arranged my schedule again just for it to get rescheduled again last minute a week later ! Support was very responsive they even would text me for quicker response which I appreciated they managed to fix it by getting me in the very next day with a doctor who ended up being great. Hope the process going forward is smooth.

The organization was responsive and swift and my consultation was helpful and honest. I have never had such a good experience with a medical organization before. That's not smoke, I am genuinely impressed.

The first assessment was great, it seemed like the provider cared and wanted to help. I live in a state that was on the list of states they cover, however, they could not fill any prescription because the provider was out of state. Afterwards they refunded my membership and told me that they could not cover state even though it's in their FAQ. Only giving this 2 stars because I liked the provider that I met with online, but now I'm out $200 Edit: I was fully refunded in a timely manner which overall the service gets 3.5/5. Again I would research if your state actually allows telehealth.
