Initial consultation was easy to set up and everything went smooth. Very convenient, as everything is done through your phone. Bit pricey though and the earliest follow up appointment I was able to get was a couple months out.

Finally being diagnosed and mediated for my ADHD has been such a relief in my life. I've struggled with perfectionism and procrastination throughout my life and was extremely self-critical about myself. Realizing that many of my struggles have stemmed from my undiagnosed ADHD has relieved a burden on me that I had not previously realized not everyone faces as well. Overall, Done has been a good experience, however, there are some issues with scheduling appointments (once without confirming my schedule first and my initial appointment was rescheduled w/ 48 hr notice).

Pretty easy to get a consultation with their health team and get a prescription, definitely a lot easier and quicker than going through my typical overburdened health network. Of course it's a little expensive but otherwise I have no complaints.

Done was very reliable and fast. I got an appointment quickly and got the help I needed. The tech is impressive too, I wish all my healthcare services had this level of quality in their technical execution.

Been Waiting 24 days for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. When it was finally sent, The pharmacy told me that doctor has banned from the Walmart Pharmacy. He told me to go to another pharmacy I have and its been 11 days and I still have not been found in the system for my prescription. I sent in a ticket 4 days ago and no response. Getting charged 80 dollars a month for the last 2 months without being able to pick up a prescription. EDIT: They have corrected the issue, so i changed it to 4 stars. Not happy that i had to write a review to get a response but it worked.

My experience with Done thus far has been pleasant. I’m surprised about how easy the process was for me to get scheduled, speak to a professional, and get started on my medication. It’s so much easier than having to go to the doctors office and wait to see someone and the prescription was sent over electronically (I presume). I appreciate the ease and innovation here.

What can I say, I have procrastinated actually getting treatment for my long diagnosed ADHD. Because, well... if you're here, you know! These guys are great, super efficient, my practitioner is empathetic and understanding. They are easy to reach and customer service focused. Big fan!

As someone with ADHD I continually procrastinated seeing anyone to get the help I needed. Done made it so easy and accessible for me to complete an evaluation and consult with a medical professional to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Since then my productivity has been off the charts and my anxiety from constant procrastination is gone! Thank you!
