This service is so convenient! I have been on and off medications for years and due to the pandemic, working full time, and juggling kids I couldn’t find the time to find myself a new psychiatrist. I saw this service pop up on my newsfeed and decided to give it a try. I was able to book my initial evaluation within 5 days and was back on medication that has worked in the past for me within 6 days. I love the access to the portal as if you have any questions, you can send a message directly to your physician. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve used Done for several months (since may) now and my experience only gets better. Getting help for my ADHD was a big step for me, and Done has made the process smooth from the start. My refills are on time each month and always get a timely response when I need assistance. I highly recommend using Done!

I've been using Done since June and I've had a wonderful experience. I work full time and go to school full time, so the flexibility Done allows with online appointments is really important. My provider has always gotten back to me within 48 hours and my prescription requests are always processed speedily. Overall I'm so happy with Done and plan on continuing to use them for my ADHD treatment for the foreseeable future.

I began services with Done. in July 2021. I was going into the service already having a documented ADHD diagnosis but wanted the telehealth perks without the hassle of visiting my doctor in an office every few months. They gladly took my initial patient fees and I promptly had my first appointment. It was fine until two weeks later when my issues with the company began. My done. provider told me to message him through the patient portal when one of my medications was running low. So I followed his instructions and requested refill for an SSRI. SSRIs are not controlled substances, it’s just a standard antidepressant and should have no trouble being filled. I never heard back from my provider, sent four messages over the course of two weeks. Then came time for other meds to need refills, but I still couldn’t get a reply from anybody at the company. After four weeks of this, they emailed me saying that they no longer had any providers in my state and some loaded apology. I was shocked a company that advertises itself as the future of mental health would be so wreckless with patient treatment. Sudden stopping of an SSRI is dangerous and can cause seizures. So I was left without any future care not any referrals for how I could access care quickly so my treatment wouldn’t be further delayed. They reimbursed me for my second month - the fee they auto deducted while my messages went without replies and only two days before cancelling. Only when I threatened to file a chargeback did they give me a partial reimbursement of the month prior. Done is a wreckless company that truly doesn’t care about it’s patients. To them, patients are just customers. No dignified, quality doctor would cease your care without notice and at the very least, referrals and resources to continue care from somewhere else. Done has no regard for the patients using their services. They’re overpriced for subpar quality of services, weeks gone without replied support messages, and an overall undignified business model.

Thus far I've had a great experience. My providers have always called me at the times set. Discussed in-depth about other parts of my care besides medications, and also reviewed anxiety. Good response times from the team for medications. Especially for it being covid and issues with pharmacy, I think it's fairly good. I am happy I have spoken with a specialist for my needs. I appreciate their services, especially during these hard times for everyone!

After Done.com scheduled me a doctor who did not show up, they then tried to schedule me another appointment a week later. I explained to them that I would not wait another week for my appointment. Even after all of this Done.com still charged me $200. They also have HORRIBLE customer service. Almost non-existent.

Wonderful service, excellent prices, could not be happier. I have used this company for over a year since I left my last therapist. My Zoom therapist has brilliant insight, and is incredibly responsive. I could not recommend more. Should have done this years ago.
